Thanks guys, I've been working out again. Lost over 30 lbs. A friend just passed away a couple days ago and really hit me hard. Just seems I'm losing everyone I love. I'm just taking it moment by moment and day by day.

I lost my wife on valentines day 2014. Ever since then my life has been on a downword spiral. I've been used, abused and treated like crap. How do I plan for a future that seems so bleak? I feel so tired. Has any one ever beaten depression? I hope to some day but I don't know how.

I think they honestly are trying to establish a culture here, It's about the team first approach. Much like what the Patriots do. Next year when we bring in all the draft picks, They will have their plan established. They are not throwing this year away. I think we are going to be better than most people think. We needed a change in this organization, I feel much better about the future now then I did a few months ago.

I'm going into this season with absolutley no expectations. I will be happy if they play hard and are penalty free. That would be a huge improvement in my eyes. How many will they win? Don't know and don't really care. If they can do the simple things right, which has been a big if in Buffalo for too long. Play tough, play hard and show improvement, I will consider this year a success.
