  1. Pleased to report, that the worst part of this game was listening to Bentley.
  2. If he's released on the 22nd they should. Does anyone know if the EX Pats tight end has any experience as a special teams gunner? That would be a bonus.
  3. I wish I had the time because in one of the other Levitre threads started around when free agency started he remarked in a published article his disappointment with the bills not even making him an offer. At the time in that article he had no malice and certainly didn't say he wouldn't negotiate with the team. That's why I asked for the link because I never read it. Losing Levitre isn't the end of the world, but signing a scrub named Legursky is not a suitable replacement as I'm guessing we will see. Off topic on this but Wood has mentioned he would extend before his contract is up and the team has had no contact regarding that. As for being a Boy Scout, I bet you ate brownies too?
  4. Gailey hitched his wagon to a career backup. He had no judge of talent, and with the true talent he did have (Spiller) he was clueless on how to exploit him. Gailey best year was a 6 win season. No one sells him short. He sucked.Fitz sucked. People should stop defending below mediocre product. The Bills have sucked for 13 years straight. here's to hoping the new guys get it right.
  5. Interesting comment on the hurry up speed of the offense! Were NFL refs moving and spotting the ball? I read somewhere that Chip Kelly has met with NFL refs in regards to their moving the ball to the line of scrimmage to suit his pace. The NFL has commented something to the effect of the pace of a hurry up game is determined by the refs. If it's to be believed at face value then unless the previous play was a no gain, the ball spotted, it's doubtful any team will rattle of plays in 8 second intervals. One would assume Marrone has or will have the same discussions with NFL refs regarding their accommodating a very fast paced offense. Kelly's Ducks average was somewhere around an offensive snap every 13 seconds. That is probably a possibility in the NFL today.
  6. How about a trade of Brad Smith and Tashard Choice for a headset (Hackett) and a box of visor caps (Marrone)? Seems fair.
  7. Off topic. And a tad personal. But, are you related to any of the other sandwiches here? I know some spell their last name different. You look nothing like Ham.
  8. Maybe, Glenn will be an all-pro at LG. But, according to what is posted here then he is gone in what 3 years? As I've come to learn the Bills do not value the LG or FS positions. Moving Glenn to LG puts up a giant for rent sign on arguably the second most important position in the offense Left tackle. Seems, like we have seen this before.......
  9. Kiko! Is there a rule you need to wear pads in the NFL? Because as a Duck he wore the equivalent of pasties.
  10. SJ13 great receiver in traffic. Spot him five to ten yards hauling towards the end zone and there are only a few cornerbacks he will outrun. So TD celebrations may not be all that big of a deal. What a statement though by such an esteemed team "leader". I'm sure all the rookie receivers are impressed.
  11. The fish suck no matter what they wear. And you know it!
  12. Chase banks fraud dept. rivals the IRS. They will play games, and allow fraud to happen. If they sniff it out, your chances of ever getting another card from any bank for several years is greatly diminished. If not impossible. We have multiple Chase/Southwest RR cards. They played all sorts of games since our billing address is a po box. They thought our second application was fraudulent. For what ever reason known only to them. In the end I was happy Chase does their homework, but again their resources are mind boggling.
  13. The players union one would assume would have a big say in any more regular season games. It might have even been addressed in the new CBA? It's Doubtful these guys want to add more wear and tear on their bodies just to justify the league to make even more money on broadcast revenues, ticket sales, etc. without the players seeing a big chunk of that payout.
  14. He scares the sh** out of everyone. Hopefully, the DC and HC included.
  15. Not to complicate this phenomena. But,could it be none of these new QB's can throw short dirt balls like Fitz specialized in? And they have to throw long tight spirals for big gains?
  16. Well, as Kent Hull (RIP) once recalled Jim sometimes puked because of alcohol poisoning not nerves, etc.He would haul Kelly into the ice bath hours before Marv arrived on game day. Sober him up and Kelly was good to go. Good times! What a team that was. They could never be duplicated.
  17. I notice you write to suit you agenda's on any and every topic. The Bills never made an offer to levitre. He was public in the offseason as to wanting to remain a Bill, he was disappointed they were not in touch with him. But your story works for you, like all the stuff you mention. Such as your sarcastic remarks that Byrd is a hall of Famer. Just always mocking any opposing view to your dribble by others.your diatribes and never ending insulting remarks are tiresome. it is impossible to debate with you without you flat out distorting anything, or mocking. Or perceiving your self as a know it all. Then, continuing attacks constantly with innuendo such as your "dumpster diving" comment today. You never stop the attacks, you can not be debated. Your opinions ;like any others here and a buck will get a 7-11 cup of coffee. Here's is just a single example: yesterday I posted that Urbik gets help from Woods. I also mentioned with a LG problem he (Woods) will possibly have to slide left this season to help the LG. Your response was Cordy Glenn may move to LG and would be an upgrade to Levitre. That opinion was based on what? I'm out on this "debate" the thread should be closed.
  18. Urbik is above average when Wood slides over and helps him. This year Wood will be sliding left. Watch Urbiks play then.
  19. Chicago is arguably the 3rd best big city in the USA, for anything from clubs, shows, restaurants, employment, sports (by a big margin), Grant park is world class, and well smoking hot Babes are plentiful in the downtown area especially(if you look for that sort of thing) . Being from Buffalo, I cannot even comprehend any comparison to the two cities. other than Chi-Town has a larger murder rate. It also is a big city. Buffalo was a big city. It's downtown is a shell. Businesses do not thrive there.
  20. He won't be the last either. Watching camp fodder dumpster diving in full swing here. It's really hard to differentiate the FO changes if any at this point. One wonders how much power Whaley has in putting a decent roster together. WE don't even have an al purpose TE. How long has it been without a stud TE now?Certainly the Bills are not tooling up for a potential play off run, by signing players like a D-Back on his 7th team in 3 years.
  21. Awesome signing. Since this is his 7th NFL team since the 2011 draft, he appear highly desirable.
  22. Maybe stuffed in a box somewhere are Lou Saban's old jackets. That's what he should wear. Get 'er done Russ
  23. It could only be one of two things. I heard the internet tubes were not as wide back then. So, maybe they couldn't make it through the tube? The other possibility could be the article doesn't exist?
