  1. It's too late now but I would love to hear why they cut T. Jackson and kept Kolb. jackson seems to be doing OK in Seattle and just may stick there as their backup. I wonder if Jason Campbell is cut loose by the browns why the Bills don't give him a try?
  2. What no love for Merriman, Green, Anderson.........
  3. He has the potential to shatter all of rob johnson's Bills records! Yeah!
  4. True there is overreaction. Just like there was in the other direction after the first 2 games.
  5. If there is a better movie on a rock band, and the lifestyle I need the name of it! I had the pleasure of seeing them at the Warfield for a benefit concert back in the day. They did the whole schtick they were great. And surprisingly competent on their instruments. I forgot who played drums though.
  6. A thread dedicated to mocking a NFL player is stupid and serves no purpose for any forum.
  7. Well, there's that. Plus the fact that he almost took a knee on a kickoff 2 yards deep in the EZ. He smartly powered out to the 17 yard line. Other than taking one to the house last year. He is buried in the depth chart for even that ST role.Look Smith may have a roll in the NFL, but the Bills with 2 separate coaches have yet to figure it out. A QB? man that would be brutal.
  8. Probably so, one thing for sure though the Tuel best steal in UDFA comments, the next tom brady krap, can now be put to bed. Thankfully. He is what he is good against third stringers (games 1&2) and soon to be stockboys. Well until yesterday. The kid may develop as a back up but he is no hidden gem like some thought....... It would be a nightmare to have him start game one if no one else was ready/available.
  9. Bellicheck has a QB. He has the team to actually go in without a gameplan. He has question marks like any other team. When the pats* win pre-season games, they are level headed. When the Bills opened with 2 wins bowling over unprepared defenses. There's talk of dominating teams all year. How outstanding the rookie receivers are, on and on. yesterday everyone stunk with the D-Line being the worst. What the heck is going on there? Mario at one point standing with his hands on his hips as the play was too far away for him to even fake an effort. Saw it last year and prepared too see it again this year. People on this board were happy and that Big tough Doug Marrone was instilling a new era, a new way of football. Them when they get torched by a 3rd and a 4th string QB, there suddenly fatigued, it was just practice, and my favorite they played a "vanilla" scheme. Well they suck at vanilla as Shanahan showed. Not a single good unit yesterday. Freud would have loved this board.
  10. Perhaps Marrone should have ordered up a glass of warm milk for everyone on the last night of camp before bedtime.Maybe the fatigue would have been less evident. I wonder what the rest of the league does before the game 3 tune-up?
  11. Bard Smith sucks. I'd rather pluck a third stringer from the lingerie league.
  12. Alive? Were tied for first place in the AFC yet.
  13. Isn't the 3rd preseason game a dress rehearsal of sorts? Starters playing the first half and beyond? Shanahan could have thought were not going to let the Bills bowl us over like their first 2 games when teams actually do play like it's a practice. Plenty of crap on the field today and first place goes to the front 7. 2nd place the corners and safeties. What a pathetic defensive showing. The offense also did their share. I did notice Legursky is now playing with the scrubs. Who's the LT this year? Hell, who's the second corner? Then we got who are the recievers? This was a poor outing, and the Bills were manhandled by a 3rd and 4th string QB's. I'm not buying the practice thing. Last 2 weeks the mantra here was "Marrone is instilling a new culture". Today they were practicing. just my 2 cents on the outing.
  14. The snake is available. As long as the Bills don't have to play any games in california this year he's good to go. he may be slow, but he won't crap his drawers inside the pocket either.
  15. Kolb seems to have happy feet, probably hearing voices from his cardinal days.
  16. Actually I should have checked that 220 yards came from the great Steve Tasker. Right after he said, "the light on the field is always like this in late September." I should have fact checked.
  17. Lombardi himself couldn't do much better than some of these slugs. It will take 2 more solid drafts to become competitive. 220 friggin first half yards on the ground against our starting D. Dareus looks like a ham out there save for 2 plays. he is not playing to his potential preseason or not. He's a fat slob.
  18. Do you miss me yet? Best regards Wanny
  19. Smith hesitated on running that one out. Someone please tell me his value?
  20. Where's the vaunted rookie class of receivers today?
  21. skins first half rushing= 220 yards. I saw this movie last year.
  22. Well, why not judge him on his whole pro career? What's different today?
  23. McKelvin play should be no surprise. To me the surprise was when he was extended Nix alluded he would be a starting corner. He simply is not. Read the Byrd thread.
