  1. Atleast the D has adjusted in the 2nd half. The O is just as putrid as the 1st. This is most sad because while the Patriots are a great team, they just seem to be far too deep into the heads of our players, as if they are doing magic tricks on the field and we are just watvching in awe. SAD!
  2. Sad isn't it?
  3. That one was embarassing....
  4. My point was pretty much that neither is going to work. Sorry on the Posey reference. I thought you were refering to 3rd downs.
  5. Actually no that was a shoulder. Stop whining , your team is going to win easily.
  6. Ok explain to me please how that was PI? Your team is far superior, and the last thing they need is help from the god damn refs!
  7. As if they needed that BS friggin call! What interference?
  8. They proved twice on the last series by the Pats that that approach doesn't work either. Posey was not even in the lineup on most of the 3rd and long early blitz plays. Also one of the "blitz" plays was 3 Down linemen only , so not really a "blitz".
  9. get 6 on this drive or the Game's over... .............. Game over
  10. Agreed. Drew has been bad in this game. The defense has been worse
  11. There, 3rd and 7....no blitz....First down.
  12. We've already abandoned the run and smashmouth approach early in the 2nd quarter. A win is simply no longer even a remote possibility unless we get back to it.
  13. Simon I know what you're saying but against Brady and tha Pat's offense it can be equally as risky to not put any pressure at all on him and allow him to pick you apart. Our D simply must adjust, but I don't think it's as cut and dry as you're making it. Reese is Reese and can only be hidden so well.
  14. Yeah and they just ignored 2 blatant holds by the Pats on Dillon's long run...
  15. Just unreal! Why do the supposed CHAMPS need a sudden change of rule interpretation that NEVER gets called in ANY other game? This is just blatant cheating, I'm sorry. I hate to make excuses, but this is ridiculous!
  16. I'm with you on this one ICE.
  17. As far as I can recall, every team that has beaten the Pats over the past 3years has beaten them with a smash-mouth, beyond stubborn, running approach. It usually takes until some point in the 4th quarter til you really begin to wear on them and the philosophy truly kicks in. Another big key is running on downs like 3rd and 4 or 5. That said, I would agree that in play-action type situations we need to take advantage of their injuries at corner (but only then).
  18. That is a mystery I've been trying to figure out for 4 years.
  19. I Think I've found my home
  20. I believe you belong in a category all your own ICE #5- The Eternally negative filp-flopping thoughtful optimists
  21. More Cowbell
  22. Of course it makes sense. Every game they have lost in the past three years they have been "out-physicalled" in. Every single one of them. Your team is great but they do NOT have answers for every possible scenario as you seem to think they do. If you expect reasonable answers here you must be objective about your own team.
  23. Certainly Can, but probably won't. I just think their big game experience, schemes, and the home field edge will make things a little too difficult for the Bills to overcome. I hope I am pleasantly surprised and wrong about this....
  24. Eyedog I agree completely earlier post
