  1. Nope. Preston cost us 3 and Dockery's wiff gave them the ball in our territory. The ran in the red zone and we didn't. There's your 13-0.
  2. The game was managed by the coaches. When our QB was asked to pass the ball, he passed it well in severely high winds. That's all I'm saying here (not sure about others). The sack fumble would not be considered "on the QB" in the film review considering the LG's man came free and blindsided our QB within 2 seconds. That man is supposed to be accounted for and most plays run out atleast 3 or more seconds. The Golden boy on the other sideline did no more than our QB did.
  3. I can't argue with the zero points generated by the offense. This was not a day where a pass by a QB was going to win the game either though. Cassel has been putting up Brees numbers and look what he did today. And Trent was pretty solid throwing when he did have to. Even into the 60 MPH wind.
  4. Not what I'm saying crayonboy, I'm saying he played pretty well inb the weather not excusing him and I fail to see how he created a TD for the other team. That Sack FF occured within 2 seconds from the back side as Dockery blew his block.
  5. They do know more... A ton more Well atleast those two guys do.
  6. Thank you thank you thank you.... Bump More people need to understand this. And like it or not Trent played pretty darn well considering the conditions today. There have been many respectable posters saying otherwise today and I just can't figure out why. Trent showed me a lot today both with his arm and his toughness. Some of you need to re-watch the game seriously, not that it will be easy... Hell my basketball hoop blew over onto may Dad's truck today and it wasn't as windy here in the Rochester area as it was in Buff.
  7. Wade was a great coordinator. I'll leave it at that.
  8. Your "GM" of the Bills is Brandon/Modrak/Guy not simply Brandon. I'm not saying anything about whether they've done a great job or not.
  9. Brandon made it quite clear that he is indeed not a "football guy" and thats why those duties are handled by Modrak and Guy. What a typically stupid commentary by PFW
  10. Nice points. A win feels good doesn't it? I think the O-line once again played above average today. To me, we find a Center, keep Duke as a backup as he is flawed but much improved, and this line can be good. Find a TE and we can have some success more consistently on offense.
  11. Agreed 100%... OMG we have some depth at tackle! Ged rid of them !!!
  12. That Defensive hold was SUCH Bullsh--
  13. This was a bad call but a much worse call was Buffalo vs. Denver at home in the pouring rain calling a double reverse to Andre Reed in overtime to lose the game. Shockingly, Andre fumbled the wet ball... That was the Wade ERa if I recall correctly.
  14. I seriously doubt this would ever happen with a player of his caliber at his position. This is not a replaceable skill position guy. If it does happen though we'll all know for sure that there is no hope of the Bills fielding a consistent winner on the field, atleast until ownership changes.
  15. Either I'm missing something here or please read my post again.
  16. They really can.
  17. ....... And dream about trading their established pro-bowl players for 1st round picks who have a 50% chance of being a complete bust.
  18. I think that says it well.
  19. Players and Coaches count 2/3rds and fans were down on the guy this year. That's gotta say something. Also Peter King knows no more about O-line play than many of us do here.
  20. As I understand it , you could vote a thousand times for a guy but ultimately the fan vote is only going to count one third.
  21. Ok, a few things on Peters - the Pro Bowl vote isn't quite the joke it used to be , although it's still not perfect. The fans get a 3rd of the vote as I understand it. They are ranked by number of votes but the players and Coaches votes count as 2/3rds and thus are weighted more heavily. Fans were down on him this year making this all the more impressive. - Like it/ Believe it or not, Peters dominates his opponents regularly. He had some poor plays during the course of the year, but I'd bet my left nut he graded out pretty stellar overall by the guys who matter, regardless of what many disgruntled Bills fans want to believe. - When you consider all the factors of current ability, age, technique, and talent I don't think there would be a higher graded tackle in the league. I mean do you guys REALLY watch this guy closely? I'm talking about down to down, not on the sportscenter highlights. Thomas in Cleveland may have better consistent technique but Peters has him and everyone else beat by a mile in raw talent and athletic ability. The guy really does have a chance to be spoken about in the same sentence as guys like Anthony Munoz. - If/ When Peters ends the holdout games and becomes a better team guy, he will have become a complete All Pro. Until then I completely understand the negativity, I just don't subscribe to it so much.
  22. Thats fine to hold him accountable for missing a blitzer, but others are correct in indicating that on such a roll out play to the other side, the Qb still needs to get rid of the ball on time, whether he's passing to a man or throwing it away. Personally, I fall into the group that would question the call at all considering the Jets stacked the line on 1st down and Lynch/the O-line was still able to produce a 5 yard pickup. The Jets D-line was also fatigued.
  23. While he has had some poor moments this year, Peters overall is playing at a very high level this season, especially of late. Being mad at the guy doesn't mean that he's still not our best player, if not our most important player. Because that's what he is.
