Lol. Tre really came on in the 2nd half of the year and I thought it improved our whole defense. We were top 3 in most major categories in the 2nd half of the season. He ended the season on a bad note but thats a brutal task trying to guard Kelce and not bite on PA . I think Tre will end up reaching his potential, works too hard not to

Awesome! I don't understand the Addison hate on here. He's not elite but he's very good and we're not paying him elite $ And he's a great teammate. Always vibing with guys in locker room , brings energy and leadership. I'd still love a Carl Lawson but I'm content with our current group. Wouldn't mind drafting an edge in first 3 rounds. Hoping AJ and Johnson make a jump. I was literally just thinking this! I would envy teams that had a culture like this. It's such an amazing turn around and besides Hughes and Reid Ferguson, nobody else was a Bill prior to 2017. Incredible!!

Yessssss!!! All year we heard players say how much they love each other , the coaches and fan base. We're seeing that was the truth. Milano n Williams could have probably gotten 2 mil more per year in FA. They didn’t even try. Hyde too,, next year.. Having coaches n teammates you truly love playing for and with is priceless! As well as the pay cuts by Addison and Morse. You can tell guys meant every word.

Well he did miss 7 games. Started the 9 game he played in.

What if they're high on Epenesa taking the next step. Addison is unfairly judged on here. But a Carl Lawson, Yanick , etc. Would be great , obviously Addison would be cut. Hughes,Mario, Daryl Johnson , AJ and a rookie isn't bad at all though imo. Just hope the young guys can make a jump!

I think the tape showed how important he was. He's an elite LB. Probably could have gotten 12-13 per on a rebuilding team. This team seems to truly love it here n love their teammates Him and Edmunds are a top 3 coverage LB duo. If Edmund's takes another jump, that's a scary sight

But he's versatile enough to play that role if needed. We know how much McD values versatility. I like Butler and like you said, he'll be at his normal role now , behind Oliver in the DL rotation.

I agree with releasing Brown n QJeff. Bummed about Smoke but agree with it because the $ we save, the emergence of Davis and the potential of Hodgins. Had high hopes for QJeff. He was considered Sea best DL overall in 19. Just never really stood out in this system. I'm glad we got Butler to take a pay cut , I thought he really came on in the last 7-8 games , especially in the run game! This shores up DT for 2021 , with Star back , Zimmer in the mix , we got plenty options at DT. Really? I thought QJeff was very underwhelming.

Idk why ppl are bashing Morse. He has had a helluva 2 years here so far. He missed a few games, nothing serious, came back n played at a high level still. I love the message this sends to the rest of the league. Morse was willing to deduct 2 mil instead of being released and likely testing FA and getting more. There'd definitely be a market for a 28 y/o very good - elite Center
