I think the sustainability concern comes from the over usage of Josh running the ball. Come December/january, I’m good with it. Not in the first 3/4 of the season He did a helluva job vs Cinci in the playoffs with an entirely healthy offense….. yet you crucify mcdermott for his season ending losses on D, while playing with a handful of backups year in year out. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Same- I was hoping that we would’ve made a bigger splash after trading Diggs but, if Joe Brady turns out to be a legit OC, I think we have enough firepower to win a Super Bowl. Play to the players’ strengths, be multidimensional and confuse opposing defenses with different groupings of playmakers. Throw Keon, Mack (or Kincaid), Knox and Alec Anderson out there with cook, Davis or even Samuel in the backfield and run play action. Our WRs ability to block and our TEs/RBs ability to run routes and catch is among the best in the league. We will have the ability to confuse- we just need to have the play caller that knows how to do it. 🙏🏻

I think i’f rather go with 4 TEs than 7 WRs, but if Hanler wins the return job- they may go with that. As much as I like his upside, I can’t help but think that he’s just going to get broken again. Yeah- sounds like the Amon ra contract t really screwed them good. There’s a reason he hasn’t been traded yet and why they weren’t looking to move him unless they got a big bag for him. It’s my belief that they want him long term and their inability to move deebo (due to his contract) is why he won’t be there long term. I don’t believe that 2-3M would keep them from that. Jmo- could def be wrong

Pretty sure the QB rating when poyer was targeted was well over 100. He was a step late all season from my recollection. He played ok….but that ranking was ridiculous. Poyer was my guy, but it was clear to me he wasn’t the same player last season.

Correct, they were not…..yet somehow Poyer got named top 60 player in the nfl by his peers. Not sure how that happened. He was clearly not a top 100 or maybe even 200 player last season.

Agreed…..but I think they’d take on an additional 13-14M in cap if they trade him. Don’t think they can take that on. Dead cap hit is 42.7M this year.
