  1. Bro, you’re one of the silliest posters in board history. No one takes you seriously. ✌️
  2. You mean Phillips I assume.
  3. Nonsense. You’re making a lot of assumptions about my post. I believe that the hits in the pocket are worse than the hits outside of the pocket. You’re assuming that I disagree with that statement. And you’re wrong. my logic says nothing of the sort and your logic is more of the same poopoo you spew. You are putting words in my mouth. My post says NOTHING about the pocket or scrambling. My post discusses hits and the accumulation I can 💯assume that taking more hits will have more of a negative impact than taking less hits. That’s what my post infers. Your assumption skills suck. your post is really stupid. Per usual.
  4. It’s more about long term sustainability as opposed to specific injuries. All those hits add up and will eventually take its toll
  5. They’re both amazing in their own different way.
  6. That catch stood out to me as well. You don’t see that happen very often
  7. Watching those 4 WRs go in a row was painful. While Kincaid was the guy I wanted most, I wasn’t confident that Beane would take another TE. The franchise has gone from investing the minimum in the position for 30+ years. Now we pay one 14M aav and draft another in rd 1 a year later. He’s an incredible chess piece. I feel that Injury is the only thing that can hold him back.
  8. I agree. Other than his hands and ball attacking/tracking ability what stood out most were his loose hips and his ability to catch the ball and start forward momentum in the same motion maximizing yards. Dorsey only has one excuse now. Spencer Brown 😬 but he certainly has his work cut out for him facing Fangio, Saleh and Belichick 6+ times a year. Our playmakers are much more versatile this season, I can’t wait to see what he puts together
  9. Good. I hope he sits til November at the earliest Solid developmental prospect. Von could help this kid out
  10. Of all the projected rd 1-3 WRs, Josh Downs had the lowest drop rate @ 2.0% in 2023. I don’t know what his or any other WRs % is for their career….. but Kincaids was 1.6%. In his career. I’d venture to say that it’s the lowest in the draft. From my couch, I thought it was fairly easy to see he was the best pass catcher in the draft.
  11. The results in this poll …. Lol. Shows what kind of a competition we have there. Eager to see who the cream is
  12. Zero? I think to say that, he’d have to be competing against proven commodities. He’s not. He’s competing against nobodies and AJ Klein, the one guy the FO should be praying doesn’t win the job. what makes you say zero?
  13. 1- yes and no- it just adds the Jets to the mix of potential division champs. It doesn’t make the jets the favorite but a contender. 2- no- dam close though. I think Mac brings the AFCE down below the AFCW and maybe tied with the AFCN. I’d take Jimmy and Pickett over Macnchz. I think Watson and Wilson will both be equal to Tua. 3- I think Miami, NYJ and Buffalo are all similar in talent. The jets and fins both have better weapons on O, but I think we have a better OL now. 4- Toss up between the jets and fish. Initial thought was the Jets- but the addition of Fangio is more important that Ramsey imo. Both teams have a chance to be elite vs the pass. 5- the pats helped themselves the most during the draft. Plus they effed the jets. They had 12 draft picks and I think they got tremendous value with Gonzalez, Boutte, Davis. We did dam good too- but 12 picks >>>>> 6
  14. That’s some good advice. You should follow suit 🤣
  15. I think our offense will be significantly improved (Dorsey in year 2 + Kincaid + new IOL+ better depth WRs) and our defense will be worse than we started out last year, but much better than how we ended. We WILL miss 49. I don’t think we’ll miss him enough to lose the SB because of it.
  16. Obviously- they paid Jawan Taylor 20M aav and guaranteed 60M
  17. I agree- except I hope old man smith beats the kids out and Patty gets crushed!
  18. I think you have this misconstrued. The way the LBs are related: they wouldn’t have taken Williams if they thought bernard could play Mike. But he was pretty bad. Played, then benched. If they are in no way related, bernard (or Williams) was drafted to be Milanos backup and not the Mike. But that’s not the case. They’re both vying for the same starting Mike spot. Only bernard (imo) has very little/no chance to every start opposite Milano in a nickel. If McD is planning on playing more 4-3 - drafting both makes some sense. I don’t believe that Dorian was the BPA when he was taken. He was taken with hopes that he would fill a need. It’s only a need because Bernard showed next to nothing. I don’t believe Bernard was drafted to play ST and be Milanos backup for 4 years.
  19. Just stating my opinion. Not saying he’s going to be a bum, but that’s just my predictions. I hope I’m wrong McB also loved what they saw in Epenesa, Basham, Oliver, Ford, Spencer Brown and Moss. Just saying. There’s still time, but that’s 6 players drafted in top 3 rounds that haven’t played to their draft slot. Just seems like Bernard is too weak and his strength upside is bleak. you’re right though, McD most likely has a plan and good track record.
  20. My thoughts exactly. The best pass catcher in the draft. Best hands in the draft. Most well equipped to catch 17’s lasers
  21. Agreee. I think Williams can be a legit starter at either mike or outside. He just needs to hit the books to improve his processing because his instincts were looked to be below average considering his snap count over his college career.
  22. I was guilty of a making a bad snap judgement. Once I heard Beane say that he’d be playing behind Milano outside- I just couldn’t have been more confused. Not so much about this particular pick, but the combination of Bernard and Williams. I hated the fact that they burned 2 3rd round picks on LBs. One of which is destined for ST and depth for the next 2-3 years while we have Milano. Tbh- they both may end a ST/depth players as Spector may take the job and run. I like Williams but I think his selection just reinforces my initial thought that Bernard was an awful pick. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think he’ll ever be more than ST/depth.
  23. Same here. He gets my vote to start the season. Dodson has been ok on occasion but his game vs the Vikings really rubbed me the wrong way. One game, without starters reps- I get it. He’s just not ideal. Spector might not be either, but I think he has the makings of what could be the mike version of Milano. If he and Dorian become players- we have the making of a low budget kuechly, Davis, Thompson. Instead of using THREE 1st rd picks, they’d have invested a 4th, 3rd and 7th. I couldn’t be happier that McB isn’t investing 1st and 2nd round high draft picks on LBers.
  24. You’re surprised? He’s been as close to worthless as a player can get. He’s played in 1 game over the last 2 seasons.
