  1. Exaftly- we definitely need all of them.
  2. Big Phil? More like Big Inactive. love the guy. Love what he brings out there when he’s healthy, but we can’t count on him staying healthy. Dude is always injured
  3. I agree. It could be their downfall as a FO
  4. For those with the athletic, this is a nice read. It’s an article from 2 years ago but gives a little perspective https://theathletic.com/2723487/2021/08/05/big-play-and-a-bigger-heart-how-poona-ford-went-from-undrafted-rookie-to-seahawks-star/?source=user_shared_article
  5. Helluva pick up- let’s see how much! once we passed on a DT in the draft I was crossing my fingers that we could make this happen.
  6. Which post? Post the quote you have issue with. I don’t know what you’re talking about. Sorry
  7. And part of why he was throwing them into Lbs chests is because our red zone offense wasn’t great. It was pretty good- but clear room for improvement. We led the league in red zone scoring last season under Brian Daboll. Daboll goes to the giants, who were LAST in the league last season. This year, they were 4th. We were clearly not the well oiled red zone machine we were last season
  8. Huh? The chiefs won their first SB with a collection of dumpster dive RB’s and a 7th round pick. He’s one of the better RB4’s in the league. You’re being ridiculous.
  9. The more I watch and the more I read about him, the more I think he has a chance to play alongside Milano towards the end of the year and be an asset in the playoffs. Not a star by any means, but good enough to do what McD needs.
  10. You can infer whatever you like. The context of this thread is a gap. From the start my premise was- there ain’t a gap and I listed why I think that way. and your last paragraph is super cringe. Deducing from my words, bad posters put words into other peoples mouths.
  11. This is what I’ve been a hoping for. More 12 personnel. Becoming more scheme flexible- more variety- keeping the opposition guessing but never knowing- He’s a tremendous chess piece and has some of the best hands ever. While he gets ripped for his blocking as TE- he’s one helluva blocking slot WR.
  12. Great post. 💯
  13. Lol…. Wth are you even talking dude? Did I say we were better? Please, show me where I said this. This thread suggests there is a gap between the two teams and if we’ve closed it. It’s my opinion that there isn’t a gap. We can beat them. They can beat us. Game plans change. Which team plays and coaches better on any given Sunday win the game. The majority of the world considered us to be the best team in the league last year for the majority of the year. Injuries devastated our DL and secondary. Our QB injured his throwing arm and had to alter his throwing motion. Leslie had become too predictable. Our rookie OC ran into some hiccups and never figured out how to make them go away. Leslie has become too predictable. We’re right there with them. I don’t see a gap and I never said we were better, so stop putting words into my mouth. It’s nonsense and runs rampant on this board with bad posters.
  14. Right——- does he have those numbers? Wth are you even talking about? are you predicting that if he goes 50-500-5 in his rookie year that he’ll continue to put up those numbers every year?
  15. Agreed- regarding Cinci- idk- maybe. Maybe not. We certainly didn’t match up well with them last year while we were all banged up at the end of the season all I know is: Kc doesn’t have our number- we’ve played each other very close 3 games in a row- all in KC- any given Sunday. Game plans change- players change- injuries occur
  16. Right…. just like saying he was the odd man out last year, as he was a free agent….we knew there was a chance he’d be back. Then they brought him back. And if these kids don’t pan out and can’t do the job, he’ll likely be back again if he’s available.
  17. Right- I’m talking about this team beating KC- why wouldn’t I bring that up? How does going back even further have anything to do with this team? I’ll answer that: it doesn’t. The further you go back, the further removed from this team you are- which is the opposite of what we’re trying to do in this conversation. If you don’t understand that- idk what to say. Kc won the Super Bowl. They didn’t beat us. We beat them. Then we got injured while they stayed healthy. There is no gap. Any given Sunday.
  18. right….. like I had in other posts.
  19. Jones has been a free agent every year -
  20. Who’s excited? We’re talking about a gap between 2 teams. I don’t see how there’s a gap. Why would you take the records back even further? We’re talking about the current team. Not teams from 2020- recent history is what matters most. The Kc team minus Tyreek him more specifically- who we also beat in 2021. they’re a great team- we’re a great team. Any given Sunday- game plans matter. We need our coaching staff to bring it- not get punished. We need our important players to stay healthy. Just like every team.
  21. Yeah I felt the same- but the nfl agreed with McD- that was the end of Yeldon nfl career
  22. Yeah I agree- hoping shorter or maybe even Williams - or shavers
  23. I think jones is the odd man out
  24. Obv different style. As I added later in the thread- he’s more Yeldon as he’ll be on the 53- yet inactive. What he adds is insurance. He’s not a bad back- he’s a solid north south option- especially as a 4th option.
