  1. We’ll wait and see what Beane does. Does anyone on the board, other than @Eastport bills and @FireChansthink it’s a good idea to trade a 2nd rd pick + a future pick for White + sign him to an extension? How much aav for the extension?
  2. Pretty much this. I couldn’t care which WR it is, but if we want one, we’re probably going to have to trade up- 20-26: seattle, LAC, Balt, Viking, jags, giants, cowboys are all in the market for a playmaking WR or TE (jags not taking a WR, but they could take Kincaid or Mayer).
  3. I agree completely. I never said they should draft D with #2. Trade down, trade down again and again in this crap draft. Get more ammo for next year and make sure you get a top 2 pick. Things will turn around at that point. I don’t think any of these QBs are worth rolling the dice on
  4. “They” being 3rd in pass D doesn’t mean “he” was good in pass D. Spending a second round pick and wasting its 4 year rookie salary on an overrated LB that can’t cover and signing that guy to a big extension might be the worst possible move Beane could make. Just awful. Edmunds killer? Does anyone here think I was an edmunds killer? I’ve said the same thing about edmunds his first 4 years- if he continues to play like he had been, he won’t be worth his next contract. I never said he was bad. I said he was an average to an above average LB. He played much better in 2022. I was hoping we could sign him for 12-14M aav but figured someone would pay a lot more. Someone did and I’m glad we didn’t try and match it. He was overpaid imo.
  5. 6 sacks and he had tackles….. as a Mike. We had a Mike lead the league in tackles. His name was Preston Brown and he stunk. How about coverage? It’s a passing league and we need our Mike to be able to cover. He’s shown that he’s one of the worst coverage mikes in the league. So we’re going to trade a or multiple draft picks for a Mike that can’t cover and we’re supposed to resign him long term? you’d trade a 2nd and a pick next year? oh man. I’d trade a 5th and I wouldn’t extend him.
  6. This is what houston should be doing. None of these QBs are the truth imo. Lots of fools gold out there. But next year…. That’s a different story.
  7. He’s been god awful in coverage the last couple years. Like…. Really bad. Why do you think that would change if he came to Buffalo? what would you want to give up for him and would you sign him to an extension?
  8. With the 20th pick, the Seattle Seahawks select- Nolan Smith- Edge- Georgia lots of great options still available on both sides of the ball- we almost pulled the trigger on Kincaid. Then we almost pulled the trigger on Addison or Zay. Came down to which player would have the biggest effect on this team and we couldn’t pass on Smith. College teammate of Jalen Carter and wreaker of havoc, smith will bolster the pass rush while also being a source of comfort and focus for Carter. We’re counting on these guys to be this generations the Cam Hayward/TJ Watt @Yantha is on the board
  9. 6am here- sorry to hold thing up- just woke up, will make a selection within a few minutes
  10. I felt the same- but now I’m just straight confused lol. Josh throws lasers. I need to trust that whomever we pick can routinely catch laser beams. I don’t think I fully trust him catching the ball. Especially in the cold playoff games
  11. Can’t say it much better than that my man
  12. They’re better off waiting til next year imi
  13. Happy to have round 1 of this draft: JSN Addison Johnston Flowers Round 2: Hyatt Downs Tillman Rice Mingo Reed Round 3: Scott Perry Dell Mims Palmer Hutchinson Boutte Round 4: M. Wilson Washington C. Jones Round 5: Iosivas Higgins Nacua Wicks BFW JMC Jarrett Tucker
  14. Not good at all!!! Omg!! I’m sure he had her killed or kidnapped. What ever will we do?? Better draft Hendon Hooker to be our new QB!!
  15. “Trouble apparently brewing”. 🤣
  16. They should’ve forced Spencer Brown to wear 0
  17. He hasn’t shown that he can run any route other than dig and fly. 85% of his snaps he went against corners playing 10-20 yards off the LOS. Can he release vs press? Dunno, never saw him do it before. Lots of unknowns. I agree with you that he’s more than just straight line speed and has a little sizzle to his running with the ball in his hand, but his production was based on the offense. He was wide open on the majority of his targets
  18. https://theathletic.com/4413880/2023/04/17/nfl-7-rounds-mock-draft-2023/?source=user_shared_article 27. Buffalo Bills: Drew Sanders, LB, Arkansas With his traits and ability to rush the passer, Sanders has the ingredients of a first-round pick. Buffalo isn’t in a position where it has to replace Tremaine Edmundshere, but the chance to add a talent like Sanders on defense would have to be appealing. 🤮 59- Cedric Tillman, WR, Tennesee 👍🏻 91- Luke Schoonmaker, TE, Michigan 👍🏻 130- Wanya Morris, OT, Oklahoma 🤮 (love that it’s an OT. Hate the OT) 137 (thanks Cody Ford)- KJ Henry, Edge, Clemson 👍🏻 205- Brandon Hill, S, Pittsburgh 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyone watch much Morris or Hill? What I’ve seen of Morris, I wouldn’t touch him. Maybe the money will motivate him. Hill would fit right in with Dane and Damar, but I haven’t seen him play at all. I’d be very happy with Tillman in rd 2 and schoonmaker in rd 3 if we bypass offense in rd 1. Sanders- if we go LB rd 1, I hope it’s Simpson, but I’d 🤮 either way.
  19. Maybe if he’s there in rd 4
  20. Good point- I still don’t see us paying him much more than that.
  21. Jalen Carter is THE most plug and play player in the draft imo.
  22. Good for him. He was amazing last season
