I have been working at home for 5 years now with a very large Computer Outsourcing company. The best advice I can give you is stay disciplined, 8-5 are office hours and nothing else. I do the occasional household chores when there is a slow period for my work, but generally I'm pretty good at keeping to those hours. Its not a vacation, you're there to work. I do have a second personal computer to check out TSW and other stuff, but hey, can't be constant work.

Fitz vs Baltimore video breakdown…
Realist replied to San Jose Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would just prefer to play against the Bills' 2010 defense every week. -
Bucky Brooks gives the Bills a C+
Realist replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Every draftnik, if Brooks can be called a draftnik, that has given the Bills a less than stellar grade, has done so because they passed on a qb several times. I guess, according to them, qb's are the only ones to win football games while 32nd ranked run defenses aren't a problem. -
Tomcats 5th Annual "Gimme Five" Draft Contest
Realist replied to The Tomcat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
1: Cam Newton QB - Carolina 2: Blaine Gabbert QB - Tennessee 3: Von Miller LB - Buffalo 4: Gabe Carimi OT - Kansas City 5: Kyle Rudolph TE - Denver -
In the past 24 hours, I have read from various sources, that Buffalo is definitely going Miller, Peterson, Green, Newton (if there), and Dareus (if there). Who knows who it will be. Oh yeah, Gabbert, too.

I get about a 6 inch portion of my liner that pops out every now and then, I just pop it back in myself. The first time it happened, I had the pool company come in and do it. They were here for approximately 45 seconds and it cost me $100.

I have to take offense to your attitude about the Raleigh area. Here in Holly Springs, it just missed our neighborhood and headed up Holly Springs Road. Along that road the next day people were cutting 3 foot wide if not larger oak trees off of their homes, which are now flattened. On a road right across from my son's neighborhood, three brick houses are no longer there. Very large trees are just snapped in half along its path. In North Raleigh, an entire neighborhood is gone, with several dead including three children, don't tell me things weren't as bad here. Its easy to see it on TV and say it wasn't too bad, but when you are out and about your own home town and see the damage first hand, its horrible.

Brian Billick's thoughts on Bills Draft
Realist replied to Realist's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Although you and I might agree, you can't say that's really true since the Bills re-signed him to a healthy contract. Obviously they see something in him. -
Billick says it would be a mistake to go QB at no. 3 with the defensive talent in this year's draft. I couldn't agree more. Billick's analysis

100% It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Anyone think the NFLPA messed up?
Realist replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Couldn't agree more. If a new league formed or they go to the UFL, these players would be playing for only a fraction of what they get now and will get when all this is over. -
I was in Best Buy the other day and walked by a Samsung LED. I don't know which one it was or anything, but the picture was unbelievable from all angles and distances (within reason). I have never seen such clarity and detail on any TV. I'm sure it was playing a Blu-Ray and that helps, but still, the picture was amazing.

I think its hilarious that everyone heard/read the same thing and came away with different conclusions. I guess that was some great coach speak by Gailey then, to get us all wondering what he really said. Personally, I think if he's blown away by Cam's football IQ in the interview, he goes with him. Otherwise, he's happy with Fitz for now and goes defense with #3, taking a QB later, possibly Kaepernick.

Per Peter King Tweet, from conversation he had with Newton this afternoon: @SI_PeterKing Peter King Newton: "I see myself not only as a football player, but an entertainer and icon.'' Ron Rivera, Chan Gailey, John Harbaugh blanch. For anyone that hated TO, it looks like Newton may be of the same ilk.

Ralph's thoughts on the CBA, the team, the draft
Realist replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As much as I want to go defense first in this draft, it's starting to look more and more like Newton. -
Why do you think it has to be one or the other? So if they change their uniforms, they can't work on changing their record? We've been complaining about those abominations since they released them, of course we're excited about the change.
-
Obviously winning is the most important thing, but why not win and have good uniforms? Its not like an either/or thing. It's not "we either put out a good football team or we get better looking uniforms". Why couldn't we be excited about both? I don't know one person that liked those unis when they came out in '02, so this is a good change.

Golisano "interested" to keep the Bills in Buffalo
Realist replied to EndZoneCrew's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This was a very telling quote and one I always believed: "Ralph Wilson is a very smart guy, and if he thinks he has an estate tax problem or is going to have an estate tax problem, I would have to assume he's already done something about it. Now, I know he plays his cards very close to the vest, but I don't ever know if the Buffalo Bills are going to be for sale." I never understood why so many people think that Wilson has nothing planned. I know he hasn't told the public about it, but does he have to? I mean, I have something planned and I don't have anywhere even a smidgen close to what Wilson has. -
If you love hockey, you have to go to the game at least once. The game was great, there was no defense but you could tell the guys were out there just to have fun. I was at the skills competition Saturday and to tell you the truth, I found it pretty boring. Had a great time at the game though. Seeing a lot of former players was great, ran into Mike Bossy, Jeremy Roenick. Other than the few idiot 'canes fans that still are pissed about the Conference finals and had to say a few things, most everyone were friendly and cool to talk some hockey to.

All I know, is Buffalo needs to stop the coaching carousel. I don't know if Chan is the answer but he needs to stick around here for at least the next 4 to 5 years whether we like him or not.

good news we still can draft Andrew Luck

Now I don't have to watch football next year. Thanks for letting me know the Bills will suck. -
Saints would have offered a 3rd round pick

What he said! This whole thing stinks like ****! But of course its something bad about the Bills, so everyone on here believes its true.
