Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
The Jokeman replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
and they might be moving on from Mark Andrews, who an important part of their passing game. Sure he dropped the critical 2 point conversion against us but he still a critical cog of that offense. I think it be a mistake if they move on from him but am all for it as a Bills fan. -
How do we know Palmer is a top 2 until the guys play. Same thing with Coleman improving, we don't know if will. Until I see something I really can't say what to expect but like to stay positive as figure with Samuel not having turf toe he should perform better. Palmer to me has to be better than the (injured) Cooper we saw. Palmer should be an improvement over Mack Hollins and Shakir to me only starting to show how good he can be. Toss in Kincaid being healthy in my opinion our 2nd best receiving threat behind Shakir.

Curtis Samuel when healthy has proven he can be a good #2 WR in this league, he seems to be forgotten or ignored as a WR on this team. Josh Palmer is a proven #3. The book on Coleman is open as will he improve or show what he showed pre-injury where he was producing at the same pace as Worthy was in terms of yardage. The problem is with the Bills not having a pure #1 is there's no outstanding stat guy but if you look at our guys the disparity between our top producer and say 3rd producer as significantly different than other teams. I mean even though the stats weren't there I'd argue the 2024 WRs were better as a collective than the 2023 version. Despite not having Diggs' greats stats.

That or we try and trade AJE in the preseason or before the trade deadline. Before the draft McDermott mentioned that LarryO be used as a 3tech behind Ed. I fully expect us to keep Jones to play on 1st and 2nd downs and Sanders on 3rd/obvious passing downs. In terms of after suspension it going to be a tough decision unless some guys end up injured or we've moved on from them early.

Instead they claim scrubs like Dionte Johnson off waivers hoping to get a compensation pick back or sign guys DHop who couldn't even be a good WR2 for a Chiefs team with no good WR outside a rookie Xavier Worthy.
-
He hasn't down much the last three seasons but his 2021 season looks nice when he got 11 starts and put up 698 yards and was a teammate of Josh Palmer at UT. Draft writeup also indicates he could be a punt returner/occasional speed threat. To me he's worth a shot if we can't get Elijah Moore.

I think I saw Meacham with Bryant Johnson and George Siefert's ghost at a bar in the airport. -
Yet that changes the complexion of the game, just because we score more doesn't guarantee the defense doesn't let up more. As if we're paying the better WR we're likely sacrificing spending more on a defender which weakens a defense etc.
-
Cuz those WRs could play defense and avoid the Chiefs from scoring 27 points in 2023 and 32 in 2024? Clamor all you want be Beane's point was that our offense was the league's best at scoring points last year and even if we improved it we very wouldn't have made a difference because our defense wasn't up to par.

What positions we prioritize in the draft: Part 2

You also forgot the 3rd and 6th the Chiefs gave up for Kadarius Toney. -

I read it he can sign with any team at any amount before July 22. Some may say he'd be foolish to pass on signing for less than the tender but if he doesn't like the Browns QBs and feels can produce more here he might take less money in hopes to produce to earn bigger money down the road. At only 25 it makes sense as still could get a big pay day if has a career year.
