  1. While at camp this was obvious to me as well. They would have drills where two QBs drop back at the same time release the ball at the same time and Joshs ball is a clear step ahead. Allen's arm is a breath of fresh air BUT.. The reason I would like to wait to start him is to see what the supporting cast looks like going up against Baltimore, Minnesota, and the LA Chargers. Then he is only started after it is clear that peterman is not a franchise QB against those A+ Ds, shielding Allen from some early bumps and bruises and lowering expectations for the offense to a floor. If peterman Balls there is no reason to rush Allen out there.
  2. I will continue to pound the table for Orleans Darkwa. Really liked the way he ran for the giants, wondering why he hasn't been signed. He ran for 750 yards last year at 4.4 a carry with a very bad O-line
  3. I'd kick the tires on Orleans Darkwa, Adrian Peterson and Alfred Morris. Id like for them to bring in darkwa regardless
  4. Assuming we have a Top Five Defense. I went with 7 wins. I think the bills would bring in a vet free agent like Orleans Darkwa, Adrian Peterson or Alfred Morris to help carry the load. Shady is a star and could help us win 9-11.
  5. Thomas has a skill set that our team would love to have. Big, Athletic and has football smarts. Running routes for Peyton Manning for four years would be valuable for josh as well. Pretty sure Elway believes that Siemians play was buoyed by two excellent WRs. They will play as if there super bowl Window is still open.
  6. 1.) Josh Allen makes his first start Week 4 against GB after the bills start 1-2 vs tough defenses. Bal, LAC, Min. 2.) Edmunds Will be DROY 3.)Charles Clay Leads team in TDs
  7. Chargers, Home Opener. Getting on a bus and going to the game with a bunch of friends. After that, the first game that Josh Allen starts.
  8. Right. I'm sure he'll be working hard to get better. I'm just saying, this is not a round 1 talent as of now.
  9. No, its not. Its allows the ball to bounce off your pads. You catch with your hands and then tuck it into your body
  10. I think Siran neal will give him a run for his money at nickel or safety. Huge fan of this draft class, despite the Allen pick. If Edmunds, Phillips, Neal or Johnson work out as well as i think they could, this regimen might get a second chance to draft a QB
  11. Its a fairly decent way to get a good understanding of a players upside in 10 minutes.. Its my opinion that he is not better than a 3rd-4th round pick from that research. Unless his game takes another step, which it could. He is not better than 2nd rd. Sutton, Anthony miller, Dante Pettis christian kirk, DJ Chark 3rd Michael Gallup, Tre'Quan Smith 4th round Antonio Callaway.. then he starts competing with the guys after that
  12. I don't. I just watched his highlights. Didn't seem all that impressive to me. I'd see him as a 3rd or 4th round pick if guys like Anthony miller are going in round 2 and guys like Michael Gallup are going in the 3rd. This guy is not on their level.
  13. No, CBS's Chris trappasso is wrong. I highly doubt the guy is a scout. I Just watched Anthony Jacksons highlights. Day 3 prospect at best. Not stacking up with other College talents. Double catches the ball, lets it get into his body. I'll pass
  14. Im talking about ball velocity. Not ability to throw the deep ball. I know 10 people that can throw the ball 50 yards. I liked Tyrod but he did not have an upper tier arm. Its not how far you throw it but the angle at which the ball is going to its target. Josh Allens, Staffords, Rodgers, Mayfields deep balls go on a trajectory that the ball gets there sooner, while arms like tyrod and Ryan Fitzpatrick have to put significantly more air under it so the ball is in the air longer. Which brings me back to the point, Zay wont have time to overthink the catch
  15. Im of the opinion that Zay was thinking too much about the catch. Tyrod had below NFL average arm talent(was a baller though), Josh has one of the strongest the league has seen. Whether he is accurate and can throw with anticipation consistently remains to be seen. That said I think Zay will think less while the ball is in the air and make more ridiculous catches this year. His best catches were ones where he had to make serious adjustments, not really able to think, just react.
  16. Yeah but Bakers Arm is superior to Sanchez and Manziel I hate the comparisons to Manziel unless it helps him slip to us. Manziel was a pop Icon who made plays that don't translate to the NFL. Half of them were lobs to Mike Evans
  17. I'm pretty sure the IT factor is the ability to finish combined with his confidence to make any throw from any platform. He slings until the game is over, there is no quit in him. Guys can get behind that.
  18. If the packers are interested they are the obvious landing spot for him IMO
  19. I just don't value 5th round or later picks, if the draft is a crap shoot the ods of finding a star in the 5th are even longer. Kevin still has potential but like you said, made of glass thus far. Zay wouldn't be on the block, i still see him as a potential star who had a tough rookie year, I wont be surprised if he starts balling next year as he flashed in preseason. Also wont be surprised if he falls on his face and cant catch the ball again. Time will tell
  20. I'd give a 5th rounder for him. Still has elite potential imo, he has just had horrible luck with injuries. His college film looked similar to Sammy Watkins
  21. The best player plays, the way Beane talks about the cost of trading up and the player he is looking for in that spot it sounds like he is planning on that player being the best QB on the roster from day 1 and should be able to win the job. If we sit tight at 12, then the player may sit because it indicates less conviction by the front office
  22. I could see them adding Lamar jackson. Josh Mcdaniels traded up to draft Tim Teebow back when he was the coach for Denver and he is the heir to the throne. Could add an X factor to their offense this year, while prepping him for the future
  23. I said might, Wont know till the pads are on. I know a Qb is afforded more space to set up his juke but he is 100% in the top tier
  24. So many High Quality Elusive RBs in this draft and the crazy thing is Lamar Jackson might be more elusive than all of them
  25. It sounds crazy... but the first rounder for every year he plays could make sense for a team like the jags. They opened a Super bowl window with Bortles at the helm. Blake Bortles!
