  1. Egress as in leave the lot after a loss (or win!)
  2. Witnessing the KC game and the toss of the flag into the crowd: it was correctly noted by the official that since this was an infraction against an official, it was considered a between down foul. Not the dead ball foul. This is the same as if a team called two TOs back to back.
  3. It was obviously short. Even with the spot of the ball short Gene Steratore waltzed in and said first down. I actually said "just give it to them” out loud when it happened.
  4. Just like Gronk is a Target for OPI, Hughes is a target for unsportsmanlike conducts.
  5. The NFL can't get out of their own way in that clip... They want to find any reason for Gronk's response. I expect nothing from this league of fools.
  6. Buffalo Hockey disagrees.https://youtu.be/TERA-GY2K1o
  7. Depending on your Android version this should be found in the settings menu. On Android 8 it's settings menu, connected devices, USB If not, you may find it in developer options. To get that in your settings menu (if you already don't have it) is to go to the Android version and find "build number." Once you find it keep tapping on it until you get an on screen message saying you are now a developer. Then go into developer settings and find USB config. A YouTube video is below.
  8. I agree with these statements (probably because they are facts). Your McD bolded statement about fans is how this thread comes about though. Peterman showed some good things.
  9. That's a part of the author's conclusion. "With the offense in a funk the last two games, the losses piling up and playoff chances diminishing by the week, seeing Peterman play that well with most of the offensive starters still in, really showed me that the gap between he and Taylor may be diminishing." I know the key words in the last paragraph are "may be," but his conclusion was more than just a plain no. The author added that gap qualifier at the end of his story. And hence 13 pages on NP vs TT.
  10. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/driver-charged-dwi-fiery-wrong-way-crash-long-island-expressway-article-1.466074 Don't know of the outcome of the surgeries, but this is the article.
  11. They always call offsides on onside kicks. Refs are told to do this in blowouts. Source: Former official, me.
  12. Vlad also needs to be benched too. But again I digress. The defense really stinks today
  13. Not trying to make excuses, but this is why he doesn't end up being hit on the play. Since the defenseless receiver rule came into play, the Jets player pulled up and didn't contact O'Leary so he wouldn't get a penalty. Before defenseless receivers, the Jets DB would have made sure he went after the player and ball on the way down. It just worked out that everyone on the field stops and the Jets get a turnover.
  14. I guess a HDMI switcher is the modern version of a receiver (minus the sound system). Do the sound bars really work all that well? (If they do, why don't they have multiple inputs for HDMI, with one back for screen?)
  15. Are receivers really that outdated now? Why the need to have 3 to 4 HDMIs when you really need one? Oh well I guess I just am old school. As with everyone else, it sucks that you have to spend more money on a TV after you just bought one three years ago. That sucks.
  16. Great blocks by the lineman. However, what is overlooked by us casual observers is Thompson's block on the DE. The analysis explains that Kaelin Clay had been asked to make this block in the past few weeks and failed. Thompson, on the other hand, makes the block look easy and takes the DE 5 yards into the backfield after Shady goes by. Thompson has a ton more value than just his connection with Tyrod.
  17. There was overwhelming evidence on the video to overturn the call on the field? How can they determine when he "recovered." It's a terrible call
  18. Damn that thread is far down on the front page
