    Aside from Allen's heroics, few things in football please me more than watching enormous and talented linemen mauling their opponents Size, athleticism, and pure raw power cannot be coached.

    Babich and McDermott stay Brady goes. It'll be that way Allen's entire career. The best and most productive part of the coaching staff leaves. The unit that never shows up stays.

    The good thing about the NBA guys joining the ownership group is NBA coaches who don't win with superstar players get fired all the time A quick playoff exit with the defense looking like crap and Allen's superhero antics not being enough should 100% earn McDermott a pink slip.

    The curse of any great QB is a mediocre defensive minded HC It's why Peyton Manning didn't win more rings. He kept so so coaches employed and they got outcoached in the playoffs. Jim "1000 yard state" Caldwell nearly had an undefeated season with Manning at QB.

    We have a defensive head coach and our best part of the team is about to lose its coordinator to a HC gig In the playoffs the defense has consistently let the team down so hopefully this year is different. Doesn't look promising based on the last few weeks.

    This is why the Jets are a mess. They were 2-3 for crying out loud. win 2 games and you're 4-3 and right in the AFC playoff picture. They had a real shot at beating the Vikings, who are one of the NFL's top teams, and just came up short at the end of the game.
