No doubt in my mind that Petermania WILL happen... Question is, -will it happen to us?

Richard Sherman - 3ry deal with 49ers

AND, there's the minor issue of him being a total assh_le... -That won't get better with age. -
Some team at the combine asked a player if he is gay
#34fan replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Asking someone if their mother's a slut could cost you some teeth at a regular job interview... Unless you're interviewing for the CIA, there's no place for questions like these anywhere in the workplace. I fairness, he does seem gay... 100% his business, tho.. -
Bills signings & TT trade point to trade up
#34fan replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's ominous... They're either trying to rebuild a team using street meat OR getting ready to stick four on the floor for a QB project that might not work out... Both very bad ideas. Why not stay put? -We have so many needs that can be addressed at 21 and 22... -
So the Redskunks get D. Payne??? -F___ That. Kid needs to be on OUR roster come September.

Reasons why we shouldn’t trade off our draft picks.
#34fan replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. Wouldn't be the first time... Many pro scouts follow the talking heads, and don't do their due diligence. To draft simply on arm strength, and mobility is to forget the Tao of Jamarcus Russell, RGII, and for us, -EJ Manuel. It's the third-round QB's from the '12 draft that own the rings... Your "franchise guy" can be found Anywhere. -

There's no one at the top that's worth trading up for, point blank. We've got back to back moderately high picks with reasonable expectation that there will be guys there worth taking. Oh, You want a QB??? -Tough s__t. As of right now, we don't have an offensive staff capable of developing a rookie QB... Leslie Frazier, and Sean McDermott are both experienced D-coordinators. I'd rather give them D. Payne and R. Evans, and see what they make. -
FA DE Owa Odighizuwa working out for Bills (update:Signed)

Guy never really fit in at NYG.. But here, Diggy-zoo would provide good depth at DE... -
What The Heck Happened With Karlos Williams?

Powerful downhill runner... Excellent in the passing game... He would have been a key piece to dominace in the AFCE. -
Daniel jeremiah mock has a key Bills message
#34fan replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hate Jeremiah's mock.. Phish take Lamar Jackson if he's still on the board... Cowboys will take Ridley if he's still on the board... Provided those hold up then Da'ron Payne will be available... The Bills won't pass that up... Rashaan Evans would be great at 22, (if you're not too scared of a potential groin issue) If not, I could see them trading down for more picks... -
Gunner's 2018 Mock Draft UPDATED - Final version on Page 6

Fitz must have a secret society of loyal followers on this board awaiting his triumphant return. Pass. Everywhere Fitz lands the QB goes down for some reason and he ends up starting. -

The support system isn't the umbilical cord, -it's the womb... For years, OBD's has been mal-formed leading to multiple miscarriages at QB. The good news is that we have the opportunity to fix what's wrong every year. Create an environment where a fetal QB can grow into a franchise baby, and w'ere there! Am I right? -Or did the conversation get weird for absolutely no reason? -

Too much for too little... No clue where this new OC takes us, or if he can develop a top 5 QB into a franchise guy... Two first rounders would help us build the support system for a young QB. Not crazy about the pick, but great work, all the same... -

Difference between Jackson and Taylor
#34fan replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Call it a hunch, but the more I think about Jackson, the more I feel like he'll be wearing aqua and orange come May... -
Assuming Darnold and Rosen go 1-2 ... would you make this trade?

Like I said, -a good agent does more for a rookie athlete than negotiate contracts. -See below. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/03/02/lamar-jackson-chooses-to-represent-himself/ -

You don't need a warrant if you have probable cause... Jackson gave me that by being too cheap to hire a real agent, AND by hiring his mom to be... -His mom. -

Even more puzzling to me, since I haven't been on a tirade... -But whatever... Rant on, 26. -

Kid left school a year early, -has no agent, -hasn't played down in the NFL, and you're already on his SECOND contract? Well, -In your defense, his mom probably is too. -
Lamar Jackson on why he chose Louisville ...
#34fan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
John, I don't GAF about his "financial transactions" This is fundamentally about wanting to put yourself in the best position as a professional... Having mommy as your manager, while representing yourself at the negotiation table is, at best, ill-advised... Agents do more than negotiate contracts for players... If a GM flags a concern that resonates with other GM's, -an agent is the arm that reaches out to professionally address any negative perception they have about you.. They can alter or even erase that perception... Choosing to go it alone rather than spend the money it takes to ensure things go well seems like an unnecessary risk. -To me, that points to decision-making. -And good decisions are a HUGE part of being an NFL QB. -

Help me? -Seems like he can barely help himself through this transition... If he was thinking right, he'd get an agent, plus someone to advise him on handling the media... As of right now, I'm not a fan of Jackson's process. -And not anxious to see how this type of decision-making translates to the field. Damn right, I am.
