As a pro OC, he never goy ANYWHERE NEAR the top 25 offenses in the league?!! The 2017 Texans were ranked 17th despite having no OC, only winning 4 games, -and only having a real QB for six.

I cannot think of one Bills OC in the last decade that was handed a dog-crap offense and asked to produce a winner. We simply have not been that devoid of talent.

There are about 85 threads asking whether or not the Bills move up for a QB... -Follow those if you want. I can assure you than NONE of that matters if the next OC is as bad as the last two.

Say the bills draft the next Peyton Manning... Is Daboll smart enough to seek the next Reggie Wayne, Edgerrin James, Dallas Clark, and Marvin Harrison? An OC has GOT to be good at putting pieces together... I think the interview process should START with one of those 1000 piece puzzles.

As the QB coach of the 2007 Jets, you were party to an abyssmal 4-12 season, that fielded a 25th ranked offense… As OC of the 2009 Browns, you achieved a 5-11 season with a 29th ranked offense... You sucked again for the 2012 KC Chiefs… Guiding them to a 2-14 season and a 32nd ranked offense! So, what gives???
