  1. Jerry Hughes isn't going anywhere. I like Revis or Flowers and I'd love to take a shot at Cameron Jordon.
  2. Why did I go with the Elite Manziel jersey?
  3. Exaclty. I had crappy teachers that were over the top with how upset they got - I've had bosses that were insulting and ridiculous - I've gotten pulled over by police officers and some friendly that even let me go and some that didn't give a crap to hear my side. - I've had coaches that said so many inappropriate things to us they would be arrested in today's society. But in each of these situations I respected their authority and realized no matter what the right thing for me to do was give them the same respect I gave the ones that treated us better. It's a cultural thing - we're encouraged and enabled to question everyone in authority. Sometimes that's good and sometimes that's bad - no different than when I grew up you respected no matter what. Sometimes that was good and sometimes it was bad because we should have done something about a few things that went on.
  4. No you would look at what the people did on the middle games (harder to chose) and go against those. You don't make the most unlikely picks.
  5. It's his job to chase a person that just committed a crime. I'm sure he's like I wish I could just go back to my car and F this damn job, but he has a duty to not let people like that walk away.
  6. I thought that about Roddy White last week, so did his coach.
  7. Brilliant writing skills.
  8. I'm not arguing that he's a great coach, but there's plenty of examples where a GM or owner's ego has caused them to replace an excellent coach.
  9. I completely disagree. I get that the NFL has some officiating issues that can improve the sport. These men are sacrificing their bodies in an alarming way and they are dictating who wins and loses most of the time.
  10. Is it just me or does the number of a player just make them look different? The 48 just doesn't make him look 6' 4" for some reason.
  11. Harbough reminds me of Rex Ryan. He's an entertaining coach for the fans, media, and maybe even the players. The issue is that the explosiveness in which they coach either works or blows up and most certainly doesn't scream longevity in todays NFL. No doubt these type of coaches can fire a team up, but they lack being able to then keep them calm - which to me is the tougher of the two to execute.
  12. I know in theory that sounds great but unfortunately someone will always respond to them. Hell I even had to resist the urge and I agree with you.
  13. Darn that sucks. I wonder if it would have done him some good to reside in Buffalo. I truly believe the way we have treated our favorite players from years past lifts their spirits and makes them feel relevant, which sometimes seems to be one of the issues with sports retirement.
  14. I think you're missing the point. It's not about the talk, it's about sticking up for the city.
  15. Most owners of any business have experienced this scenario. In fact most people have. Where you initially don't think it's the right thing to do but ends up being one of the greatest decisions you've made. The fact remains Ralph hired him.
  16. No, it's far more genius to post about them 11 hundred times.
  17. Considering how terrible our red zone offense has been I can't imagine not practicing being a good thing.
  18. EJ is certainly no RG3.
  19. Oh now you believe in hell - it must be freezing over then.
  20. Surprising to hear he's a Christian, we're usually not very charitable.
  21. Yes, most owners are ex GM's, Coaches, Athletic Directors, or Heads of Scouting with massive amounts of experience in pro or major college football prior to ownership.
  22. What if your customers buy when you don't do what they want?
