  1. Levitre has been the lone stand out on this line that has played all the games without an injury. Levitre and Wood are the center piece of this line and the Bills simply cannot let him walk. No good NFL player is easy to replace irrespective of the position. Urbik plays on the right side and Levitre plays on the left. Why does one sign and the other left to go to FA. If anything, wouldn't you want to sign your best player on the line.
  2. Can you please name the starting and backup WRs/TEs of the NFC East leading Washington Redskins. A good QB makes his supporting cast better. Same goes with the Steelers....Once Ben was back, both Miller and Wallace are back to catching passes. And look at the Green Bay Packers -- They don't miss a beat even when Jennings and Nelson are injured....It is not as if Cobb and Jones are superstars coming from College. Aaron Rodgers makes them a better football player!
  3. I would rather have Norv Turner as the OC rather than Chan Gailey. At least Norv will attempt to run the ball with Spiller and reduce the mistakes from his QB. (As a HC he sucked).
  4. To not give Jackson a chance is so humiliating especially considering that he was going to replace Thigpen who was stinking up the joint in pre-season. For him to be not even the backup after 14 games into the season is embarassing. This is one of the bad advertisement for players to stay away from Buffalo. Another blunder in the line of many by Nix and Chan.
  5. Retain Nix, Chan and Wanny. Fitz is back as the starting QB Lose Levitre and Urbik to Free Agency Draft a CB in the 1st round of the draft Ignore the LB position Cut Fred Jackson, who the signs with Bellicheat Sign a 5-year extension to play a home game in Toronto
  6. :wallbash: He was a horrible coach with the Bills. We need some tough coaches that will maximize the potential of the players on the team. This team really needs a disciplinarian.
  7. For every successful Kaepernick, Wilson and Daltons, there are duds in Ponder, Clausen, Skelton etc, And to be honest the data samples for Cousins and Kapernick are so small to assume that they are already successful draft picks. Having said, still the axe is on Nix for not even attempting to draft a few of them in the 4th-5th rounds of the draft.
  8. They lost of the Titans, Colts and Rams all with leads well into the 4th quarter. I have no confidence they can beat the Hawks, Dolphins or Jets. They very well could be finishing 5-11 to close the season.
  9. The problem is not that they have not tried, but tried in an unconventional ways and then not stuck with it. 1. Gave up a 1st rounder to get Bledsoe. Then when he lost to the Steelers, Donahoe cuts Beldsoe. He goes on to have another 3 seasons with Dallas including a playoffs. 2. Picked Losman with a 1st round and gave up a 1st round next year and then blew it as they could not put a good running game or a good defense around him to win. 3. Drafted Edwards in the 3rd and at one point appeared very promising, but then having shitting OCs eveyr season derailed his confidence and into oblivion. The problem is that they had a shot at picking a few other Prototypical QBs that could have succeeded here, but went the other way. But that is hindsight and we just cannot keep barking up the wrong tree.
  10. At this point if the locker room is favoring Freddie over a Red hot player like CJ, then this team is doomed.
  11. If the Bills continue to stop the run by playing weak running teams (except Seattle this week), our front office will have a wrong idea that our Run defense is fixed with Sheppard and Barnett and will probably pick another Safety at the top of the draft.
  12. Same story in the NFL...Sounds familiar to me
  13. The Steelers were lucky to see both the Bengals and Baltimore self destruct at the end of the game.
  14. And wait until the week we are down in Miami for the Meltdown and we will be back to 4th place....
  15. That is because they invested in a good HC in Jeff Fisher..Not a retread like Gailey who couldn't even win in College.
  16. The reason Arians went for the kill was because he has a QB who can execute the schemed up play to perfection. We don't have a QB.
  17. The offense did improve from the crap that Jauron ran here. However, it did not improve enough for this team to compete for a slot in the Post season.
  18. If Chan is a real man, he would resign as the Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills TODAY
  19. I bet Nix and Gailey will be let go before Spiller gets his chance with FA.
  20. The common theme of all those coaches are that they have a Franchise QB and a solid defense. Without those, I just don't see how a coach will come to the Bills.
  21. It was Jeff Fisher coaching Vs Chan Gailey.....The Verdict was written even before the game started. The only thing I would say regarding the game plan was that the Rams were sending 8-9 people to the LOS to stop the run, which means Fitz's WRs were all in single coverage...The blame falls on Fitz for not taking advantage of the single coverage and getting someone like Spiller in space. Yesterday would have been the best time to put Spiller and Freddie both in the backfield and cause some confusion so that the Rams would have backed off. However, our fearless coach played a scary-cat game.
  22. A Norv Turner coached Offsense would be awesome...Spiller will get his 25 touches a game. This big OL is ideal for a Norv run offense. Wanny would be an OK HC to have, especially with Norv in the fold.
  23. Also, the camera showed Gailey gestured the Ref (with two fingers) to put 2 seconds back in the clock :wallbash: I agree. With 48 seconds, I knew Fitz will never get it done. Their best chance to put the game away came when McKelvin returned the punt to the 42 yard line. We could have iced the game there. And yet Freddie got to touch the ball 14 times, while Spiller touched it SIX times.....Insane coaching.... To Gilmore's credit, he was smoke only on that last drive when there was ZERO pass rush. To Mario's credit, he actually called out Carrington right after that play and credited him. Classy move. Also credit should go to Mario, because if he doesn't stop Bradford there, he would have run in for a first down. God knows where our LBs where. We have two pretty good TEs who can catch and block and a versatile RB in Spiller and yet between the three of them we saw a total of 10 touches in the game...Maddening. I sat through from 11:30 P.M (IST) through 2:30 A.M to watch this crash.....
  24. They paid 60M contract to Fitz....They truly believed that they can win with Fitz...Silly!
