  1. And Sanders and Beasley who totaled 120 or so catches for 1,300 yards and 5 TDs. Thats a bit of a difference if we are getting picky...
  2. How're we feeling about this Dline in week 11?
  3. I know I should be concerned about only one healthy NFL caliber receiver but then I gaze over at the defensive line and see 20 guys all fresh and ready to play their 15 snaps this Sunday and all my troubles drift away. ***** thats a sweet rotation. If we add a guy who can stop the run next year I can die happy.
  4. I would think defenses having to respect run and pass in the first half and being up by 3 and 4 scores in the second half is a determining factor in these numbers.
  5. I think we're all wondering who the f@#$ is LeGoatski. The suspense has been killing me. Personally, my brain says John Leguizamo but my gut says Pauly Shore.
  6. I'm here every day and this is the first I'm hearing of it. A google search turned up nothing. You got any of that proof? More secret concussion theory from a media outlet that should stick to ***** pizza reviews and "Smokeshow" of the week type coverage.
  7. And you base this on your access to the players and locker room?
  8. We simply have too many of that guy. Mitts has nice hands and can make some slick plays but he lacks the speed and physicality to make much of his skills. Then we have Olofsson who has an elite shot but lacks the speed, physicality, and vision to be effective 5 on 5. Then we have Quinn who has a nice shot, great play making ability, but lacks the speed and physicality to do much with it... at this time. Krebs may as well fit into this bucket as well but he is skating faster this season and isn't an automatic turnover every time someone leans on him now. Quinn is still developing and I have hopes he will put it all together. Mitts and Olofsson are who they are at this point. Quinn makes Mitts completely expendable in my opinion. The NHL never gives up on a former high first round pick so if he gets hot he may command a little return. Olofsson is the most likely trade candidate.
  9. Pretty sure we find ourselves where we are due to the impatient approach to team building. The prospect pool was depleted for vets who didn't stick around long and under produced. Okposo and Sabres legend Ben Bishop are off the books next year. $10 million in cap space. Look for Adams to make some moves this offseason. I think either Oloffson or Mitts will be moved in the next 12 months as well. And only 10 more years of Skinner's max contract! 5 UFAs and 4 RFAs next season. I expect this roster will be very different in 2023-2024.
  10. Of course. Bills may never win again when you really think about it but you hope you're wrong, bro. You really do. Predict the Pats record.
  11. Its tough to fumble the game away at the goal line when you can't force a punt.
  12. Whats not to like about the Patriots? They have wins over the 3-6 Stillers, the 4-5-1 Colts, the 3-6 Lions, the 3-6 Browns and the 6-3 Jets and losses against the 4-6 Packers, the 3-7 Bears, and 6-3 Ravens. One win and one loss against teams above 0.500. They're 4-3 against teams with an average winning percentage of 0.333. Truly inspiring stuff.
  13. https://theathletic.com/3776538/2022/11/10/nfl-schedule-strength-toughest-easiest/ Buffalo 24th most difficult remaining schedule. http://powerrankingsguru.com/nfl/strength-of-schedule.php 17th most difficult remaining schedule https://www.tankathon.com/nfl/remaining_schedule_strength 18th most difficult remaining schedule. You tried your best. It just wasnt remotely good enough, as usual.
  14. I've seen that movie before. The November Champions!
  15. Please keep us updated when the next bull run in Forever Stamps starts. Whats the latest news from the new generation of Forever Stamp millionaires?
  16. Netherlands were fun since they play aggressive ball particularly when they had Robben and Van Persie. Germany has been fun to watch for that reason too. The biggest problem with the World Cup, or any international contest really, is the top teams are usually All-Star teams with almost no chemistry or cohesion which coupled with the vast disparity in talent means the early rounds are typified by the Irans of the world playing 11 man goalie hoping for one chance on the counter attack or even a draw while France passes around the perimeter and find their few scoring chances squandered by players who are not on the same page due to lack of familiarity. It can be tough to watch. I think Americans with low opinions of soccer might change their tune if they watched European Premier Leagues where the talent gap is narrower and the level of play leads to a lot more excitement than the average David vs. Goliath World Cup games.
  17. Which is the only difference between us and them right now. We've had the ball in our hands with a chance to win in all 3 losses. Vintage Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers, Brees all find a way to win it at the end no matter how badly they have played all game, no matter how much they deserve to lose. Allen is equally capable of icing games and I'm sure he will return to form. (soon please)
  18. Its the NFL. Weird stuff happens during a long season. I expect they will lose another close one this year despite being favored in every game until possibly a rematch with the Bills in January.
  19. How long does it take to rebuild in the NHL?
  20. The plan appears to tread water and roll with the kids until Quinn Peterka and Cozens are old enough to rent cars. Hopefully Levi is ready to go by then and we make a splash in free agency.
  21. Yes, I saw. Which is why I thanked you for explaining to him that field goal attempts are rare on 2nd downs. No child left behind.
  22. I didn't know that this had to be explained but here we are. Thank you for your service. Stay safe out there.
