This seemingly minor change in how to handle the dough has made an incredible difference, especially in handling higher hydration dough. I have finally achieved a real NY style pie in the pizza wasteland that is Texas. If I can figure out a good way to do it, I'll add some pics of the garbage I've been making lately.

How is changing out your starting QB for a rookie and a career backup and turning over your pro bowl guard and center different than every other year? Well, for starters, that doesn't happen every year. We don't know if we have a QB that can stand in the pocket and make throws yet. We know we have three guys who will try to stand in the pocket and make throws to one team or another.

????? Back in the good Good Ole' Days, men were men...and children, they were men too... and women had moxie and smoked cigars and they could take a punch cause they were also men. And nobody ever f@#$ed around or got confused about their gender because they were men, and that type of thing could get your ass beat.

A few generations ago when decent god fearing people still had values, the family unit was intact, people knew their neighbors names, we weren't bombarded with attention whoring antics, warm apple pie cooled on window sills, and minorities weren't allowed to use the same bathroom as me. Simpler times.

Any team with as much turnover as we have had at key positions is going to get hammered in pre-season rankings. We saw it last year with a new head coach, front office and big offseason trades. This year we see starting QB replaced with journeyman backup, a raw rookie, and a turnover machine, the interior of our offensive line retired/went insane, the QB of the defense moved on, and insult to injury, we lost Tolbert! Making the playoffs last year doesn't count for that much when you have turnover at key positions and replace them with unknowns. Why is this so hard to comprehend?

Now I'm not suggesting that it will be a bigger disaster than Challenger, but unless NASA has hired Megamind Chan Gailey, this effort will be worse than 5 Challengers.

It is? Given the state of our Oline and QBs I expect to see a lot of 8 man fronts and blitzing early in the season. Defenses are going to dare our inexperienced QBs to throw.

Maybe its because I broke my shoulders, but I still find doing real pull ups to full extension (i.e., hanging with shoulder blades slack) quite difficult. I can rep out a bunch neutral grip or 3/4 extension pull ups, or even full extension shoulder blades engaged, but from hanging position, that **** is hard. And I hit the gym 3-4 days a week.

Sure, the video showed the hallway was unarmed but in the heat of the moment and the fog of mind altering substances its not so easy to tell which is why I think these guys should all be wearing body cams all the time.
