  1. Every time I think I have read the dumbest post on this board ever, someone tosses another hat into the ring. Congrats Fig, you are the winner. But just for a second, I'll entertain your idea... Who on God's green earth would you start? Seriously who? Forget picking up this guy, or picking up that washed up guy... ON this roster, who would you start? Now you see why comments like yours are catastrophically stupid.
  2. I heard Brady Quinn wants to start somewhere next season...
  3. it's guaranteed he was asked to resign. Bring in a guy from a team that has performed worse than the Bills? I don't even think people on this board would be that stupid...
  4. we've only beaten that team once, and even the colossally sucky Vince Young found ways to beat the Bills, so this game could be another gut puncher. I hate this team so much it gives me migraines, to the point I almost hate them more than Miami. I'd love to see Spiller and Jackson F-ing stomp them dirty whore style. Typing that out felt as great as you might imagine....
  5. I have said it all along that this team will be better with Shawn on the team. Given the current state of the LBs, I'm surprised he isn't playing there.
  6. Chan Gailey is a quality coach, he has this team performing on offense at a 10 year high, even with Fitzpatrick struggling, that says a lot. There isn't a coach on the planet that could do better with the players on this team, period.
  7. When do the "fire this guy" threads stop around here?
  8. He's on the team because he makes field goals.
  9. Nothing will INDUCE a QB change, it's agonizingly clear Fitz is the best option on the roster.
  10. LOL... ^^^ What a tool. I hate you all so much! kidding I enjoyed reading your views... I just love the classic whites a lot. And I do agree with whoever said CJ looked a lot like OJ, I have thought from the beginning he has a very similar running style, the the guy who said all blue? NOOOOOOooooooo!
  11. HATE them. The all whites are so classic, like the 50's and 60's colts or jests uniforms. Can't we just leave it alone for a few years? Can't this team just keep an identity for a while...JEEZ!
  12. You're trying to talk sense into the senseless...
  13. I agree, it's OK to give the guy some credit, he played very hard, and maybe kelsay is better than Mark Anderson too, but try to be happy around here about a player people decide to scapegoat on this board, and you'll get criticized. More people around here that call themselves fans seem to thrive on the negative than those who try to see the positives out of a game, masked by the attitude that they don't drink the coolaid. Blah, blah, blah, whoopie, they hate everything about the team till they win a superbowl, welcome to TSW, but I am glad to see you found something good out of yesterday's game as I did. The game was ugly at times, but they played hard, played as a team, and I give them credit for not folding after 2 of the worst weeks of football I have ever witnessed.
  14. In spite of the play of Fitzpatrick, the offense is much improved over anything this team has seen in more than a decade, ^^ This has to be the dumbest thing I have read so far this year. Chan Gailey is standing by his QB, because THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION ON THE TEAM RIGHT NOW. I am not worried about Chan Gailey, but to think Chan Gailey is the problem is completely misplaced.
  15. I beg to differ... (See board name) and it is he who was shot that casts a long shadow upon all that embodies Buffalo.
  16. (Golf Clap) I did not expect a grammar burn so early in the morning... well played.
  17. You can't argue with history.
  18. We do that every 3 years, why would it be any different now?
  19. I'm going to stick with the "They Blow" thing...
  20. Umm... ticket sales are down because they blow. Funny how hard it is to sell out a smaller stadium than ours with all those people living in that market. I KNOW WHAT WOULD HELP THEM OUT!!! PLAY A GAME IN TORONTO!!! Ohh what genius! Get Russ Brandon on the phone right away! Hurry! your team is not viable in your market, Hurry, or you'll be moved to the dreaded wasteland of L.A. don't listen to logic, reason, intellegence, or facts! Listen to his soothing voice, close your eyes, and follow the sound to BAGS OF CASH!!!
  21. Worse. Much, much worse. To say I almost fell out of may car on the interstate when I heard the Bills picked him up would not be an exaggeration. I live right here in tennessee, and know firsthand how incurably thick-headed the guy is. What is the hardest to figure out is when you see him throw a pass you wonder what on earth is bouncing around his empty cranium. My guess is when he runs it sounds a lot like a spray paint can that's mostly empty of paint.
  22. let me know what Vegas oddsmakers think 3 weeks from now. I'll check back for your update.
  23. Don't worry, the "Ralph" will be moving soon enough. anyone who thinks the toronto deal is a good idea directed at regionalizing and keeping the team in Buffalo is delusional. It's a market viability study, and a cash grab. someone please explain to me logically why is it so necessary to play a game there? why not market advertising and other interests like naming rights to the stadium and selling luxury suites in orchard park to Toronto based corporations? Why then do we not play a game in Rochester? Or Syracuse for that matter? The answer is simple. It's not necessary, no point can be made to say that it is. Stop believing the garbage spoon-fed to you by the silver tongued devil named Russ(I can't sell a luxury suite to save my life) Brandon. It didn't work for a much smaller market in Green Bay years ago, and its colossally moronic now. The formula is simple, put a good product on the field a couple of years each decade and this stadium will stay full. WOW what a concept. Lastly, in history, tell me how many teams have won divisions, or playoff games, or even the superbowl by playing more away games than home games? Scroll down for the hint: yep it's zero.
  24. We're all just being primed to accept that this team will not be in WNY for much longer... It's funny how easy it will be to never watch another football game again when they do. I got the sunday ticket this year for free, and haven't had it for years, what an F-ing waste! all those commercials about how you can watch your favorite team play on sunday make me sick when I think of the absolute ASSWATER this team has been for 13 years! My level of apathy left me numb to the point I didn't go out to watch the game with our local Bills Backers for the first time since JP Losman left me gutted like a roadside deer. I am saying this publicly for the first time - can't believe I am about to type this, but... I hate this F-ing team with every fiber of my being right now. I am so utterly embarrassed that I have removed anything I have at my office that indicates where I am from, it's just too bad so many people know me as the guy from Buffalo.
  25. I have the NFL Sunday ticket, and my favorite NFC has always been the 49ers ever since Joe Montana was drafted, and my grandfather mistakenly thought he was Italian early on.(We're Italian in case that's not obvious). But I digress. Point is, I watch them as often as I can and can say without a shred of doubt, Donte Whitner is far and away the worst coverage safety I have ever seen play the game. The only difference these days with him is the colour of his jersey. I bring this hot news bulletin on the heels of his criticism of the Buffalo organization, and while some of the points aren't that far fetched, there is no doubt he was missing one important factor, he was part of the problem. The man simply can't cover a tight end to save his life, always seems late to the point of the catch in coverage, and gets easily forced out of position by good quarterbacks that can look him off. None of this has changed, not even on a team with superior coaching, and commitment all the way to the top to loosely paraphrase. So, what's this secret game plan to beat the 49ers? well, that's easy, throw every single pass to Scott Chandler and Dorin dickerson, and run 2 deep on occasion and simply have Fitzpatrick stare intently at one of them, then quickly throw to the other. that's it, do nothing else. As a matter of fact, don't even dress anyone else on offense. He is so catastrophically bad in coverage, I'd be so bold to say that any game the 49ers play with him in the game are only close in scoring due to his time on the field. This is not anger towards, not is it hatred of the man we all called 'Lil Donte, but rather my way of expressing my emotions towards a player whose self image of his skills really don't line up with reality. Will the Bills win? Dunno... But I am starting Scott Chandler in all of my fantasy leagues this week...Championship!
