    We already knew Josh’s ceiling was incredibly high. What we don’t know is if he will have the same progression and success as Wilson. This comparison seems to suggest that he will which I clearly think is flawed logic. What’s the bias you’re referring to?

    And again, Allen’s 2nd year stats are also strikingly similar to Mariota who was benched and looks to be on his way out of Tennessee. Why didn’t you pick him?

    These comparisons are dumb and meaningless. Why pick Russell Wilson and not Marcus Mariota who also had similar stats as a 2nd year starter? Is it because It’s better to associate Allen with someone who is universally regarded as a good QB opposed to one who isn’t?

    Assuming Allen starts every game next year then he would have 44 games to his name. At that point, it should be pretty clear what kind of QB he’s going to be. If he is more or less the same next year then I would hate giving him a massive contract extension. I know a lot of people are sold that he’s a franchise QB but I’m not there.

    He is great at what he does. Sounds like this could really happen. Romo gets to keep pursuing the PGA Thursday-Sunday and gets to make a boatload of Money calling MNF. It would instantly make me more excited for MNF
