  1. And that's my point.... TT scrambles, never sees 42 open in the flat and throws OB. Then checks down, third and long my money is on a pass and completion short of the sticks. 3 and out.
  2. Bet my house it's over. Dennison is horrible and TT can't come from behind. The good thing is this should end the TT conversation.
  3. Dennison should be forced to take uber home on his own dime.
  4. Except that he didn't! Guy sucks. 1 catch. Thanks for leaving.
  5. Despite an abysmal year by TT, this team is in the playoffs. If you want to attribute it to TT because you think he's better than a CFL QB, that's your right. By St Patty's Day, the team will have decided what the educated fan (the one who watches a QB who can't throw a WR/TE open; who makes horrible decisions [running OB on 4th and 2th from the 4th instead of throwing it]; who can't make progressions; who 3 OC have limited his ability to audible and on and on) knows, this isn't a starting NFL QB. I just watched Mariota make a TD throw to Decker that TT has never made. See ya TT, nice knowing you. The key measure of a QB when facing a team with a great run D in the playoffs, on the road, is can you take over and win the game? Tomorrow I suspect we'll see TT do TT things. Suck.
  6. Counted 17 guys with backpack-mounted blowers during one commercial timeout.
  7. TT is the factor, not Shady. Can't expect Shady even at 100% to dominate against this D. He'll get yards or Murphy will, but this is a game where TT has to win it. Scary proposition.
  8. Well the issue is when the paper prints something that personally offends, condescends, and borders on calling fans mentally ill, you walk away. Why pay money to something that offended you? Those who are psychologically abused shouldn't embrace their abusers. And no, it's not a good paper, it's garbage. If you think it's good, you haven't read real journalism as practice in actual real media markets. Were devoid of good reporters in this city. I haven't for it in a long time and won't pay a nickel to ever read it. Read the Watson article because of its incendiary motive. But I stopped reading that rag long ago.
  9. That's somehow a negative? Everything has to be quantified? So don't applaud him for taking his money and sitting on a beach and instead grinding away in the most thankless, underpaid yet important profession in America: inner city teacher/role model/mentor? Got it.
  10. If you look at all possible geographies were a stadium could go and begin reducing the number of potential properties by constraints (sewer and water availability, highway access since far off the highway on two lane roads won't work, environmental constraints like floodplains, wetlands, and so on), you'll arrive at a very small number of potential locations where a stadium will work, regardless of transactions/ownership transfers.
  11. In the end, the condescension is troubling, regardless of the truth. Also troubling is the over-officious mods allowing this. I've been given warning points for language and for being critical of certain media members yet this is allowed, in particular the generalizations about this board and its members. I'll stand buy my earlier points, which have never been responded to by DD of CC or whoever. There are no clusters or properties that have been purchased or ownership transferred that would permit a stadium and ancillary facilities and further, when using spatial analysis methods that reduce the number of potential locations based on certain criteria, zero locations exist. Again, there is one logical reason for that if this were actually true but I won't give the ammo.
  12. He stopped being relevant decades ago, if he ever truly was. Mad that more people care about the Bills than his bad columns and takes. He'll go down, in all seriousness, as the most under-read columnist in TBN's history. He truly brings little to the table and I would guess readership of his articles is single digit percentage of all reads. So after a lifetime of irrelevant work, he's annoyed others are happy when he's miserable.
  13. Checked out of this laugher when I thought it was closed. Now this guy is a name-changing, globe-trotting, degree-holding, motivational speaker. Jesus. This is hilarious. I've done the research on all real property transactions and ownership changes from Sept 2014 through Nov 2017. No large cluster of properties sold/transferred that equal enough land for a stadium and ancillary facilities. I'm in planning and development, I know my way around land records, site feasibility, infrastructure capacity, permitting/approvals. Based on the statements they'd need north of 80 acres (Pittsburgh's urban footprint) but less than the 175 acres the current stadium and facilities sit on. Nowhere has contiguous land been transferred that meets these needs and infrastructure capacity (sewer and water since much of the large plots of land are outside of sewer and water districts and extension require county/muni approvals only with a site plan application) and transportation infrastructure. Moreso, why come here and make these claims when keeping your mouth shut has the same effect in a supposed land grab. Makes zero sense. The only out for this guy in my mind is one I won't share because I know it's coming... he has a ready-made responses to every criticism. But it is the also an excuse, like so many, no one here can prove.
  14. Thankfully someone gets it! This is both a critical loss but also a microcosm of TT's failure. Down 4 late, with about 3 to go. Sack. 2nd and long, typically underneath throw for no gain. 3rd and long INT. 3 AND OUT. Did this team lead the league in FGs? Just wondering. TT can't execute a red zone passing game and that was the Achilles heel this season. They lose that Chargers game with TT, no doubt given the porousness of the D during that stretch and the strength of their pass rush. Hoping for TT to be TT Sunday and implode so we can move on. It would be just like his typical 4th quarter.... with it on the line, he's steps on his own....
  15. I wouldn't draft the kid. His attitude sucks, his arrogance is overwhelming, and his college career was underwhelming. Having an opinion is clearly a right, but his comment today about players not needing to be exploited when it's to their detriment shows a clear disregard for reality. You were exploited from day 1 when you took that "free" tuition to play football and if you think that you gain power when that changes "tuition" to paycheck, your in for a long career as a malcontent and complainer. I'll call it now, this punk will have, if he's lucky, no more than a mediocre career and likely a bust. Does this sound like a good teammate? Like someone dedicated to hard work and commitment? Like a leader? A lot of people will like the kid, like his verve and moxy, and the astute talent evaluator and teams will pass on the arrogance, ignorance, and immaturity. Spoiled little rich kid who didn't need a scholarship yet whines about the inequity of college scholarships for athletes and hasn't had a tough day in his life. Not cut out to be a leader of a franchise nor someone players will follow. Mark it down.
  16. Since everyone loves stats and even worse descriptive ones. The Bills, as of I think maybe two weeks ago, have 27% of their rushes for for 0 or less yards. So that means no greater than a 73% chance of getting a first there and after watching your 0 Football IQ QB hold the ball on 4th and 2 inside the 10 earlier rather than try to force a throw even if you turn it over on the INT, expecting him to make a play couldn't have given him any confidence. When your kicker is what 90% or something from 50 or greater this season, it's no wonder he chose to try and grab points. Everyone acts like the 4th down conversion is a given. It's not so everyone slams the call rather than execution.
  17. D kept this team in many games. Had some stinkers but they can't hold up forever in a game where your QB doesn't throw the ball on 4th and 2 inside the 10. D isn't the issue, they looked good most of the day. Ran out of gas. The O sucks because TT sucks. That simple.
  18. Nope, let TT the Meek go out and lose so everyone realizes it's time to move on
  19. No we want TT to be TT and lose next week, giving no one anywhere the idea he's a Bill in 2018. This game and hopefully next week's collapse should be stinging indictment of his uselessness.
  20. Tell you what, give me three municipalities (cities, towns or village) and I'll provide maps and data and we'll let your "source" live or die on this since it's the only thing we can prove in all these stories. We can't prove any player, coaching, GM, ownership issues but I can prove the real estate transactions. With 100% certainty.
  21. He gets "smacked" around because he runs around, is big, and, oh wait, it's football, not paddy cakes. Or, would you prefer the black quarterback shut his mouth when the white linebacker speaks? Think he's the only QB who talks sh!t? I bet you applauded the "guts" and "grit" and "heroism" when Hasselback elected to "take the ball and we're gonna score." But man, you proudly bring your "red state" "confederate" political views and comments here that you think no one will see as thinly veiled Fox News racism, nationalism, and conspiracy theory (see: we have no real proof so let's make it up). From your nonsense about Mueller's credibility to this, it's pretty pathetic that your fandom and sports have to also be tainted and viewed through a Sean Hannity lens.
  22. BLINDED BY POLITICS IS A SAD WAY TO GO THROUGH LIFE. THIS WAS POSTED ON TWITTER TODAY. YEP, NOT CREDIBLE. IF HE WAS ATTACKING HILLARY YOU"D LINE UP TO FELLATE HIM. Guided America through 9/11 Awarded the Bronze Star with Combat "V" for valor in battle The Purple Heart Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal w/ Combat "V" for valor The Vietnam Gallantry Cross He is an American hero. His attackers are a disgrace.
