  1. You guys are right....Good HC's really do nothing but get out of the way...they are figure heads not real leaders. In that case, we have the master of masters of HC's!!!!!
  2. I am not in at all. He turns the D over to Thurman, and they perform. They get an OC that can get plays in timely, and the O performs. In other words, Rex gets the H311 out of the way and the team performs. I maintain that RR is an unmitigated arrogant blowhard who couldn't coach his way out of a wet paper bag, and the sooner he is gone the better this team will be!!! Go Bills!!!!
  3. So I guess all we needed was Lawson last year to make the playoffs....We had the others. I am just waiting with baited breath for these four to join roster....That was not an earthquake you just felt, it was BeliCheat shaking in his boots!!!!
  4. I guess you wouldn't be interested in my unopened box of Flutie Flakes...
  5. Bills/Skins Superbowl: Reed, 15 yards unsportsmanlike. He was being grabbed and held (and never called) more than a pole dancer in a seaport bar.....He finally had enough an threw his helmet. It sure looked like a fixed game.
  6. What a great story!!! I remember the Forks!!! It was an awesome evening out!!! Magicians would travel from across the country to meet other magicians to practice and learn from each other. Is it still there?
  7. My rule change would be around Thursday Night games - How fair is it for a team to have to play on Thursday after playing the previous Sunday while their opponent is coming off a bye week? Rule Change: No team will have less than 6 days between games.
  8. YESSSSSS!!!!! My Idiot looser brother and I get to waste another stud DE by dropping him into coverage!!!!!!
  9. Absolutely Agree!!! He earned his money and owes the Bills nothing. If the Bills wanted to avoid this situation, they should have found a way to have an option to execute...sour grapes on the Bills part. If this be the case, then why not execute a contract for a longer term that guarantees him the more money without killing the cap? I hate to see him go - I hated to see him go the first time.
  10. Aaron Schobel is my most overrated. Took more plays off than Mario Williams, and was best known for insignificant sacks...Aaron Shoebel's greatest skill was padding his stats to make himself look good - I was happy to see him retire!!! Talley Overratted.....Really????? Well anyone who would list Shoebel as underratted, why should I be surprised about Talley!!!! Some great choices around the board for underrated: Cowert, Hansen, Byrd - I'd add Robert James. He was the best bump and run defender in the league. Today, he'd epitomize a shut down corner.
  11. Then you are a FOOL!!! I don't trust Rex Ryan as far as I could throw has fatA$$ brother!! RR is an arrogant blowhard with a proven track record as a looser. Rob maintains the twin consistency. While Schwartz was still available, I would have been strongly in favor in firing Rex, Hiring Schwartz as HC bringing back his defense, and keeping Roman as OC. The biggest mistake was hiring Ryan to begin with....A close second was keeping him on for 2016.
  12. "...How the hell am I going to win another Super Bowl and stay ahead of him??? He never lets me win!!!..."
  13. The tape doesn't lie...Rex knows all!! MD needs to be dropping back in coverage!!!!
  14. I like it....The Dakota Raiders!! All you need to do is change the mascot to a Sioux Warrior!
  15. I think the point is - It doesn't matter who we have where on defense. The Ryan (Now Ryans') scheme turned a high-ranking defense into a mediocre defense. Dunne hit the nail on the head - If Ryans don't listen to the players (players who have demonstrated their abilities) and form a defense that meets their abilities, I don't care if you find a defense made up of Bruce Smith, Reggie White, Cornelius Bennett, LT, Jack Lambert, (I think you catch my drift), they will fail again. The problem was not the players, it was the scheme!!! As I have said before, RR is an arrogant blowhard - his brother is no different.
  16. From the beginning, I took a wait and see / benefit of the doubt when it came to Rex Ryan. I was at the KC game. It was then that the benefit of the doubt in my view was removed. My concern with RR from the start was the defense - regression to the mean or whatever, why fix what was not broken??? We are not talking of a drop in productivity, we are talking about a top 5 defense and turning it into a mediocre defense. RR is an arrogant blowhard. I know this will not happen, but I would like to see Ryan Fired, Schwartz hired and HC, and Roman retained as OC. Ryan is looser!!!!
  17. Best of everything, Seantrel! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
  18. Sorry, everyone - I see this as a blessing in disguise. I hate to see anyone hurt, but having LM as one of our island corners has given me heartburn from the beginning. Without cover, LM is terrible. I'd rather see Darby as rookie even if LM is healthy.
  19. Excellent Question: Defense Lem Barney Cliff Harris Dick Butkus Phil Villapiano Offense Peyton Dan Marino Jim Brown GaleSayers Sherman Plunkett
  20. Darius wasn't speeding.....There was a severe low pressure system that day in the Western New York area that caused a decrease in the pressure in his tires resulting in the tires overall diameter shrinking. With the smaller diameter, the wheels would rotate faster than normal, but the actual speed of the vehicle would not increase. It was strictly a rare atmospheric phenomenon, extremely localized, that only affected his tires.
