  1. Meh, same was said about Fred and Spiller.... awhile is very vague.
  2. He's earned it? Seriously? So Fred Jackson can fumble as much as he wants, cause he's earned it? Wow.
  3. So apparently FJ gets a pass on his fumble? When the game was 28-21 and still within reach. I'm sorry but that was way more costly. Now your just straight hating on Spiller.
  4. So let me get the reasoning here straight... If we had another QB, we would have won the game? Even though our defense was terrible? I'm not trying to be an ass, but QBs get you leads, sometimes it's 3 or 7 or 14 or whatever. If they do that they did their job. Now once the team has the lead is it not the defenses job to stop the opposing offense?
  5. Jesus I hate defend Fitz because I don't think he's the answer but come on! Seriously? The first 2 INTS were in the first half and had no effect on the defense as they stopped both drives. The second 2 were when the Bills were already down by 21 in the second half. So how does that explain the fatigue. You act like they were 4 in a row. What about the FJ fumble, or does he get a pass?
  6. So 21-7 with 10 mins left in the 3rd quarter is a bad game? Please elaborate on how Fitz lost us this game. See I thought the defenses job was to actually stop the opposing teams offense. Not let them drive down the field on an 85, 80 and 85 yard drives. But I suppose that's Fitz and the Offenses fault?
  7. At least Gilmore had an excellent game? He showed up. The other 10 players and the coach didn't.
  8. This. Thank you. But oh wait, it's Fitzs fault for the defense being on the field. Obvioulsy the offense is never suppose to have a turn over on downs or have drive stall. Unreal
  9. That was my point, sorry was trying to be sarcastic but as soon as we were losing everyone in the shout box jumped on Fitz. I don't get it, the offense gives the team a nice lead, hell a really nice lead, but that's not good enough? So what's good enough 21 pts? 50 pts? And what does that say about the defense.
  10. I think the argument has and always will be IF you can get pressure with 4 there is no need to blitz. Obviously against Marcia, we didn't even do that, so we should have blitzed.
  11. Wait I thought this game was the Offenses fault and more specifically Fitzs fault for giving the Bills a 14 point lead? So your telling me other NFL defenses can actually hold on to a 2 score lead and win the game? This is crazy talk.
  12. The defense laid down.. That's what happened. But most around here would put it on the offense
  13. 1st and goal... Who cares.
  14. Looks like Thigpen will be the holder on kicks. Per Chris Brown.
  15. Come on BUFFALO! Lets do this.
  16. I agree with this statement, BUT... Brady was good at picking apart blitz packages when his OL was amazing. Yes he is good at identifying the blitz, but the second part of that coin is the Pats* OL was really good at picking up the blitz. Its been pretty obvious that the Pats* OL isn't nearly as good as they used to be, therefore it stands to reason that maybe blitzing Brady now makes perfect sense. If the Bills are able to apply pressure without the blitz, then obviously the Bills don't need to blitz. But maybe this newer Pats* OL needs to be tested and still prove they can pick up the blitz as well as they did in the past.
  17. I did some quick number crunching... And according to how many pass attempts the Bills have had against them I count 112 attempts. Now, PFF says Mario has been in on 101 pass plays. Meaning he's only missed 11 pass plays? Since I am currently watching the Browns game I've seen him sit out about 2 series in the first half which was about 5 pass plays total... So they are saying in the Jets/Cheifs games he sat out no pass plays basically? Like 3 each game?
  18. I'm just re watching the Browns game now... In the first half alone. 2 chip blocks and 2 double teams so far.... Why do I doubt those numbers by PFF?
  19. Thats sort of my point. Oher is better, but thats not saying a lot.
  20. According to ESPN Stats, he has 2 sacks... 12 Tackes, 6 solo. But lets be honest, Jones faced 2nd year pro DJ Young, when the Pats* played Arizona. When he faced a much better Michael Oher from Baltimore, he recorded 0 sacks and 0 solo tackles and was kept in check all game. Bruce Irvin has 2.5 sacks, in much much less playing time on obvious passing situations.
  21. Well the 1-2 Packers are ahead of them at 7.... So that's fair.
  22. Sorry about including his handle, guess its just a habit. It was a TV interview.
  23. Don't have a link yet... but per @mortreport, the deal is in hand. Looking to come back this week. Will update this when I have a link.
