Jamaal Charles had 18 carries for 165 yards today. I'd say he's pretty similar to Spiller... Spillr could only dream of getting 18 carries.

I'm confused with this thread... Let me get this straight, Gailey draws up plays that get his WRs open, wide open sometimes, and we as fans are suppose to feel sorry that Fitz can't hit these open receivers? Or that he's asked to hit these open receivers too much? Really? Did I miss something...

I'd say the point after should become more like Rugby.. -Where ever the TD is scored, horizontily in the end zone, the kicker kicks the point after from that spot(horizontally) on the 25 yard line. Example: the Bills score a TD with a fade to the corner. The kicker must now try to kick from the 25 near the sideline. I'd remove blockers and rushers as well, its practically pointless. It would challenge the kickers much more. The skill i've seen from Rugby kicker is much better than NFL kickers. Imagine trying to kick an angled kick through the uprights? Wouldn't be a gurantee everytime, even though you've removed the the other team rushing the kick.

Exactly. He's answered the question multiple times. They will be looking for a QB in the off season. Chans job is secure, etc. I think the 4th week in a row of being asked it is where the frustration comes from. Problem is, as another poster stated, when the bills were 3-4 and then lost a bunch of games in a row because of bad coaching decisions, it would only make sense for Howard Simon to question whether Buddy's view of Chan has changed. This says it all. I know there are a few posters here who think the Bills pass sets up the run, but honestly I don't care anymore. Spiller is too dynamic and it makes me sick that Gailey refuses to use him more often. It bothers me even more when he's taken out in the red zone. It's like thanks CJ for all the work now take a seat. I understand he's not gonna pound it in at the 1, but the guy is special, he'll find the end zone.

Fitz isn't good at all. At least not good enough to carry the team. My comments were directed towards FreakPop who after every game is on a crusade to blame everyone else, except Fitz.

If they gave up 30, 3rd and longs and allowed 3 points would you still be ragging on the defense? 13 should be enough for an average NFL offense to overcome against a defense that is ranked 20th. They made the Colts defense look like San Fran's defense.

This is where I'm at. Fitz is the starter for the rest of the season, so arguing about who's better yada yada is a moot point. It's not going to change, there aren't any other options. If the Bills somehow figure out how to play defense, which they have the talent to, they'll finish the season off putting them out of the top QB's in the draft. Although, I don't believe this crop of QB's coming out are can't miss Qb's, so I think there will be lots of value later in the 1st and early 2nd rounds.
