Unfortunately that is the problem with today's media. We here in Albany know all to well how people will print (or post I guess) anything to get a few clicks and misleading headlines are great for that. There is less and less credibility in the media every day. Video Game websites are notorious for this kind of crap because they rely so heavily on tech savvy gamers who get all their news from the web. As printed newspapers die out, you will see only more of this stuff. Don't worry, the illuminati will make sure that you will fall victim to their tracking devices as well. Eventually there will be no escape from Big Brother...

That is a tough one to figure out. He was (as it is told) instrumental in recruiting some of the guys that came here (not that they are the best of the best but I have been happy with barnett's play so far) so it is hard to just release him, especially after he didn't want to be here until Buddy convinced him but now that this team has shown a strong start it might attract a few free agents on it's own and if they keep building through the draft who knows. Just seems like the guy can't keep healthy which is unfortunate for him and the team. It was fun while it lasted in pre-season though huh Mr. Merriman?

Agreed. That was a very winnable game even WITH the bad play from Florence. He even owned up and put the blame on himself with his comments later on so he acknowledged it and hopefully he can focus on correcting the mistakes he made. If the defense puts more pressure on the QB, there is less time to expose a weak link in the secondary. It is a team game and the team had plenty of individual failures in that game. Including Fitz's picks. One of which if thrown on target would have been a huge gainer, possible score. Having Kyle Williams out doesn't hurt either. This team is getting a week off to rest and re-organize. If it becomes a trend then there is an issue. The defense is what it is at this point. Live and die by the turnover production. While I tend to agree with you on the insane amount of missed holding calls I have seen, if these things all get reviewed then games would drag on for 6 hours

I consider myself a Yankee fan even though I don't care much for baseball in the grand scheme of things (yankee family, so i just adopted the team my parents chose) and I could not agree with you more. I am usually embarrassed to admit I am a Yankee fan because of the way most of them act. On the other hand I wear my Bills colors with pride all the time. It really says something about how obnoxious the fans can be when I am more proud to be a fan of a franchise with no success over the past decade than I am to be a fan of one with 27 world championships. Bleh! Giants fans really are the worst. I was with a few watching the game on sunday and we were all getting along well, then suddenly in the last two minutes when the game slipped away from the Bills they started with the trash talk like that had been up by 40 the whole game. My response was "Man you guys sure were quiet up until the 2 minute warning." a 3 point win that Fitzpatrick handed them with an INT and you would think these idiots just watched their team demolish someone. Sad sad sad.

Take it from a guy in the Albany area. This newspaper is HURTING and will do pretty much anything to gain to readers and posters. She is a hack and will be gone soon enough. Yes, you are right about it being printed, but on the website there are only negative comments. Why? Because they want us all to respond to it and keep the hits coming.

Just got back in to Albany from the game. Was in Section 103. What an amazing day and an amazing celebration. So glad I was there for that. Like I had said before, I wanted tickets to this game just because I had a "feeling" but holy hell who would have thought I would be right. It was an honor to share that with all you who call the area home. So proud of my Bills. Albany may be Jets/Giants land but I can wear these colors proud today. God I didn't want to leave that stadium lol.

I would love to jump on you for being pessimistic, but in reality, we all remember starting 4-0 a few years ago. The fear of crashing back to Earth has become part of Bills fan DNA over the last decade. It is a weird feeling for me to be excited about this team's start and yet i still keep looking around and waiting for it to all fall apart lol.
