I don't think hospitals are burning human tissue and using it for heat because they think its the most efficient way to heat. They burn the stuff anyways, so why not use that process to also heat?

I'm of the opinion that if it's not viable outside of the human host, then it's medical waste. If for whatever reason the mother wants to keep a fetus for burial purposes, or if someone wants to keep their amputated leg in a case on their mantle, then there could be a process for that, but the decision to offer that service would be up to the hospital. There are some serious safety concerns when it comes to how these things are handled. The safest is to discard and incinerate. Now when you incinerate, you can let that energy go to waste, or you can use that energy to help offset electricity/gas bills. Personally, I think the socially responsible thing to do when incinerating, if you have the option, would be to convert it to energy/heating.

Terminus doesn't exist in the comics. That's why it's exciting to me. They are taking a different path... unless Terminus ends up being another group that IS in the comics... in which case, this will be exciting.

It's pretty common to hate the a**hole, unless the a**hole has your back. As a Lakers fan (yeah, I got lucky there), I used to hate Ron Artest. But when they signed him? I loved every second of it. We had a tough guy! Now he's gone again... and couldn't care less about him.

Agreed too. I don't think things will be changing nearly as much as some would think. Hopefully we improve on last year's success at least.

I think we have a couple things in our favor.. Obviously the lease helps out for a few years. Roger being "on our side" helps. Though he probably will have to answer to someone, since yes, the team might be more profitable elsewhere (but then again, so would teams like the Jaguars). There's probably at least a few owners who want to see the team stay put, purely from a nostalgia point of view. All we can do is cross our fingers for the next few years I guess.

Definitely will be interesting to see what happens... Sucks that Ralph is gone, and I give my condolences, but I'm nervous about where this team ends up.

Medical waste in general is used. The aborted fetuses are medical waste. Why are fetuses different than other medical waste?

This season is not going where I expected it to, being a reader of the comics... either they are branching off hardcore... or this Terminus is one hell of a surprise for you guys.

Sure, bring him in... along with Sanchez, our current 4 QBs and the 1st round pick. Nothing wrong with having 7 QBs on the roster fighting it out. Make sure to give them all equal time with the starters for a fair competition!

Having players that can be flexible with where they play is a great tool to have. If he can play FS and also CB, like A. Williams can, then that benefits us greatly in the secondary.
