  1. I only really remember the one drop/fumble from last year... other than that, he seemed to play like his usual solid self, if not maybe a half step slower due to coming back from injury. Maybe I need to go back and watch the games...
  2. Yes you could. Which is one of the options. And goes back to draft flexibility. I don't feel like we'll have a great desire to reach for need this year, and to me that's really valuable.
  3. Another thing I like about this... Gives us more draft flexibility. He's no guarantee, obviously, but neither is a draft pick. As long as he's healthy, though, its reasonable to expect production from him. I really don't see this team having any glaring holes outside of offensive line, at the moment. It'd be nice to have better players in a couple spots, but we aren't drafting this year out of dire need. This is great.
  4. Wouldn't be surprised if we attempt to restructure with him during the season, if he's adequate.
  5. If Williams gets back to 2010-2012 production... I'm fine with us going into the season with SJ, Williams and Woods as our three "starters" with TJ and Goodwin being field stretchers.
  6. One thing standing out to me in the highlights I'm watching... he makes tough catches, and he makes contested catches. He also seems to have strong hands.
  7. Looking at his stats and highlights, he's damned solid/good so far in the NFL, other than 2013. He has experience with Marrone (even if they parted ways), I'm sure Marrone signed off on this deal, so that gives me a little confidence as well. Basically a 6th rounder for a guy who's had two seasons at almost 1000 yards receiving? Not bad at all.
  8. I just got an ESPN notification, so I guess it's legit?
  9. Kinda funny... considering most here (not me) think EJ is the worst QB in the league, heh.
  10. Give me an offensive playmaker in the first round, spend the next couple picks on the OL. And then fill the rest of the draft with depth on defense.
  11. Who the hell cares what one does for hobbies? It's all about policy.
  12. Oh, on the ATM front... if you use them, stick to major banks, preferably ones that require you to swipe your bank card to get in. The little independent/no name ones attached drug stores and the like, are more likely to have skimmers. I may have gotten bit in the ass on that one once.
  13. This makes me nervous. But hey, its probably more intriguing than going '6-10' for 14 years
  14. WALTER WHITE CAUSED THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE :o
  15. My nature is to stay away from groups of strangers haha You guys must walk around looking like tourists.
  16. Adds a little stability until we get new owners. Not a bad thing, imo.
  17. Likely just easter eggs.
  18. If you're getting pickpocketed, then you aren't that savvy. Also, I guess that should be one bit of advice... don't stand out. And don't dress rich. Maybe I don't get pick pocketed because I'm pretty homely when I travel. Edit: I should say, I'm not saying that money belts are bad. I just think they are unnecessary in many places. Go for it, if it makes you feel safe. I used one on my first overseas trip. But haven't in the ones since.
  19. Good info, thanks! I imagine they all want to take time away from the game as well, which I can understand. Someone like SJ, though... EJ really will need to work to get on the same page with, since SJ is particularly unorthadox. Woods seems to run really clean patterns, so I'm not too worried there. Goodwin, I just think EJ needs to get used to his speed, lots of missed deep balls there, and not because he doesn't have the arm, but because he doesn't know where to put the ball in relation to Goodwin.
  20. Wish EJ would be working with SJ, Woods, Goodwin, etc this offseason. Especially SJ.
  21. Rates are going to forever increase simply because they can. When something is relatively mandatory and is a for profit service, it's basically free reign to hike until the breaking point. ACA or not, that will not change.
  22. There's a difference between republican and conservative, and democrat and progressive. Party stances/identities have changed, whereas political ideologies are generally consistent. I'm not saying that the conservatives bringing up the mandate is some sort of damning thing, but rather they fell out of favor with it, even though they supported it more than supported expansion of medicare. And plus, we're talking Clinton era politics here, not exactly ancient history.
