Buddy Nix should have a game plan just as Gailey comes up with every week. He should be prepared to come out and drastically improve this team this offseason. Enough BS about being built through the draft. EVERY TEAM Builds through the draft. If you want to be a competitive team, you go out and sign players who are impact players. You draft good players who can come in and make an immediate impact. This team doesn't have time to wait and develope talent. The way this team drafts, they can trade the Next 10 first round picks if they trade them for probowl caliber players as far as I'm concerned....

We will once the Bills field a team that is good. When depends what the Bills do in the offseason. If Buddy's sleeping come FA, then probably not for years to come. But if they hit on every draft pick this year and are committed to bringing in impact free agents, Maybe next year or the year after...

Definately would like to see the Jets win the game vs the Steelers. The Steelers have been to the Superbowl waaaay too many times. Sick of them. But as for the Superbowl. Hopefully Green Bay will win it all...

The way Nix is building the Bills (through the draft) is going to take some time, expect another 2-3 years before the team gets good again. Every team is supposed to build through the Draft. When you've drafted this badly year in and year out, You have to GO OUTSIDE THE BOX to rebuild it. This better not be an excuse by Ol' Buddy to cop out on buying high priced FA who can make an immediate impact on the team. When you've been this bad of a football team this long, ALL DOORS MUST BE OPEN TO IMPROVING THIS TEAM. It's not my money. I don't care if they break the bank to build this team. I just want to see this team win a championship. Not waiting 2-3 years of drafting to see this team become competitive...

+1. The Bills may be on the clock, but so is Buddy Nix. It's time for him to Make sound decisions and get this draft right. Enough Free Passes. It's time to hold him accountable to building this team and turning this thing around. He took the position of GM and its time he acts like one. He has 4 months to figure this out. He better go out and do whatever is needed to get this team to a 9-10 win state. Via FA and the Draft. We don't have time for Luxary Picks. No more RBs or CBs. We need to fortify the OL and DL. The rest is easy if you make sound decisions. The big thing is, is that The Bills suck at doing this. They go out on limbs bringing in FA and draft poorly year in and year out. This year is Buddy's year. This should be a walk in the park for him to figure out. It's not rocket science people. It's football. You bring in players you know are sound and gonna be sound. You cut the crap and sign guys you know are good sound football players. You draft and bring in players that fit your scheme and cut those who don't. I don't understand how this is so hard to figure out...

Pretty straight forward. It's been a bad operation top to bottom for over a decade. Bad GMs No GMs and People having no Business being a GM has made this mess of team happen. Ralph being completely inept hasn't helped much. He gets angry like a little kid and fires anyone who knows something about football or would dare question him. It's amazing people even go to games anymore. It all comes down to Ralph being a bad owner. He had something great in the 90s and he ruined it. I'll give Nix and Co this year to get this mess straightened out. But I better see some positive signs or I'm out until we get a new owner. If we have a repeat of last offseason. Goodnight Bills...

You said it. I could not agree with you more. With the churn at the position of HC in the NFL, who in their right mind wants to come into a no-win situation??? Carolina, Denver and Buffalo have a laundry list of players needed to compete with the big boys. No established coach wants to come in and deal with that. These teams are in big holes and are not getting out anytime soon. If a sweet deal comes along, I'm sure a Cowher would take it. Otherwise you get Mike Mularkey...

I'm all for picking him up and giving him a chance. We def need another QB on this team if Fitz Gets hurt. Obviously Brohm sucks and needs to be shown the door. Not sure what the Draft holds for the Bills. I doubt anyone but Luck would be in their Top 3 going by best player available. And not sure if he'll declare or be drafted by Denver or Carolina. So yes to Young as long as he doesn't become a distraction to the team.

If Luck declares for the Draft. We absolutely must try to get this guy. Kelly was the savior of this franchise and I see Andrew Luck being the same guy, maybe even better character then Kelly was at that time. The Bills need Andrew Luck more then any player out there...

Let's think this out logically. Could it be lack of talent? If they build the D-Line and get some LBs and keep the secondary intact, and if they get the right personel in here for 3-4 D, then we'll know for sure. I totally believe right now it's due to the lack of talent and right players to run the 3-4 D. As far as I'm concerned the jury is still out on Edwards. Let's give the coaches some talent before we through them under the bus people...

I see Mallet being the Brian Brohm, Alex Smith, Rick Mirer type. Never will make it in the NFL. Petrino didn't, don't see Mallet making it in the NFL Offense.

Laughable at best. No ONE is worth trading 2 whole NFL drafts for. C'mon already? Where's the common sense. I'm all for the Bills drafting him. But anyone can be a career ending injury away from never playing the game. God forbid that would happen, but No coach or GM is gonna sacrifice an entire 2 years worth of picks for 1 player. That would be career suicide.

Whoa! First off: Ryan Fitz didn't screw thet Bills over. He came in and did his job, exactly what he is paid to do. Now because he performed better or higher then what was expected of him, that doesn't mean now that he's gonna repeat this feat again in 2011. After seeing the last game of this season, it goes without question that the Bills need another QB. Brohm is not an answer and should be let go in the 2011 offseason. Now with that in mind. I say if Luck comes out in 2011, you draft him and build the team around him. He's a leader and is certainly gonna be a Pro Bowl QB in the NFL. Bottom line is the Bills need the upgrade the position. Smart coaches always look to upgrade every position and would be foolhardy to put all your eggs in one basket in Fitz. We need to find another QB, and if Luck comes out, and is sitting at 3rd I can't see how the Bills pass on him.
