  1. Are you saying that any highly ranked LT available at 10 would get the job done? I doubt that will turn out to be the case.
  2. Which draft boards are these guys flying up? The actual team boards or the mock draft jokers that use Kiper and Mayock as templates. These guys you mention were probably going to be picked very high to begin with. Dre K would make me happy at 10 with Kalil guaranteed to be off the board.
  3. Kraft should shut up and mind his own business. There will be no more rings for the Patriots. He just doesn't know it yet.
  4. I hope that for at least a little while some posters will stop hoping for Ralph's demise. It's pretty disgusting.
  5. I'll explain. A front 4 with those guys is worthy of a comic book superhero storyline. First they crush Eli in a Super Bowl victory when the Giants kickers misses wide left. Then they crush RGbust in a second straight SB victory. The next saga is beating the hell out of Romo en route to another SB victory. And finally the clincher. They knock Romo out cold and beat Orton for their fourth straight Super Bowl victory, heroicly righting all the wrongs of the 90's. And they do this while fighting crime in every city they play.
  6. A D-line like that would go straight to the comic books.
  7. It seems that the entire D-line will enjoy a return to everybody's original college positions. I wonder who will emerge as the fourth horsemen.
  8. Exactly. The new beat is Ralph has been cheap.
  9. You got it brother, one million to find out if he can get it back is an easy decision. Many called him a shell of his former self yet when he was on the field nobody on the roster was even in the same league as him setting the edge.
  10. The only thing exceptional about Manningham is who it was throwing him the ball. I live deep in Giants country and I doubt that I've missed a game. His drops are epic in their own right. As for the rend in going bigger at receiver he would be a step backwards.
  11. Buddy Nix has proven to have had a fiscal plan for this rebuild. However, it is all an illusion if we don't WIN a playoff game. I like his methods for setting the team up, but so far the players and coaches themselves have only mustered a 10 and 22 record so far. This time next year will paint a much clearer picture.
  12. Can he play defensive end?
  13. It sounds like your toe is on the trigger.
  14. There will be a few Meachams in the draft. As for Mario, if he takes less to play elsewhere then so be it. 20 million a year locked up in a player that isn't a QB isn't the smartest move.
  15. Stroud was in no way shape or form a premiere DT when we traded for him. John Henderson was the star of that show with the Jags. The cap beginning next year will be rising rapidly. It should be a non issue.
  16. His moonwalk rivaled MJ.
  17. It also does not mean that it doesn't have inside information. As someone stated in another thread, it is unlikely that the biggest defensive FA this year would visit Buffalo at all without some sort of financial parameters already in place.
  18. You make a great point. Mario doesn't have to fly from city to city to field offers. Clearly the preliminary offer is in the stratosphere.
  19. At least 10 wins.
  20. If they could grab an OT or a stud receiver then why wouldn't we just do the same. A "stud" receiver opposite Stevie sounds great.
