An owner should know better than to screw around with a top producing salesman.Is what they're doing standard for the industry? Does it violate your employment agreement? Isn't the owner already making profit off your production? Taking 12K out of someones pocket is going to have some side effect on how much people put into their work and to this firm. If anything I find that the rowdiness has progressively gotten under better control. When I first started going to games there were endless fights in the stands. I haven't seen one of those in awhile. Sooner or later the crowds will sort themselves out. We play as many as 8 games a year in cold weather. Allen's arm strength is an important factor in this. Rosen and Mayfield made a lot of their completion rates off dink and dunk. Ironically Allen will have to do more dink and dunk to raise his completion rate.
