Well he should take him with him because he was such a studly O coordinator . I wonder what other team will snatch him up if marrone doesn't take him to where ever he lands ..

Its a great thing that if Schwartz is retained that you have one third of your team that will play their guts out for the guy ! Plus he has that fire in him to win , he won't take a back seat to any one as he showed with the Harbaugh thing a couple years ago . The guy has the experience of more than one hat & wasn't terrible at the HC ing thing just needed better offensive coaches & this could be his chance to take the experience he learned in Detroit & put it to good use . The Bills have made a lot worse choices at HC including the one that just left . I never did like the hire !! Just to add one more thing do you think Orton's action could have been directly linked to what he saw out of Marrone during his time hear & do you think Marrone taught him or told him how to go about leaving the way he did ? It sure looks like it now doesn't it !! Happy trails Maroon !!

What's so bad ? We still have the true coach that was responsible for the 9 & 7 season , Schwartz . His unit was the one that kept us in every ball game if not won some . The only one the offense really shined in was against the Jets . That aint saying a lot ! Our offense is still the problem . If the job of HC should go to the guy (if he wants it) that can keep the ship stable as possible through the transition Schwartz he should get the job just hinged to the fact of what he did to better the D from what it was to what he improved them to be ! We could do a whole lot worse as far as a HC goes !! Schwartz has the experience as a VERY GOOD D coordinator , he has the experience of being a HC (& hopefully learned from those experiences) has half of the coordinators he had in Detroit here not to mention nothing would have to change on the defensive side of the ball HELLO can you say STABILITY !! This entire Marrone thing could be just what we as fans have been wanting i just hope T. P. can see what has worked here very well & what he already has at his disposal . If you look at the picture it's not as gloom as it seems , Whaley & Schwartz could make a really good combination !! And Marrone could have done what needed to be done ...

If EJ has half the drive that Teabow has to get better & continue to work on his trade he might have a chance at being a really good QB ...

I think he may have seen the writing on the wall that Hackett is not a experienced OC & saw that the offense under his inexperienced coaching would be going no where because he didn't know how to use the talent he had on hand so he bailed !! Besides thats what its all about now , get as much money as you can as quick as you can & screw what ever team is the one standing there with their check book in hand . You don't think Fitz was feeling any remorse while he was collecting two pay checks per year when the Bills let him go do you ? Looking back they should have just kept him & paid out his contract they would have been in the same place as they are now !!

Its awful funny when he has a offensive line that can open holes & a OC that knows how to use his strengths he can average 6 YPC , this could be another fire Hackett post instead of keeping CJ ...

Whaley needs to get CJ signed then fire Marrone & Hackett get a coach that knows how to use the players they have & use them to their strengths which this coach does not know how to do ...

Same as he was while buying the team , i think the man is sitting back observing & taking notes while asking the correct questions & this off season should prove to be very interesting ...

I agree the dude should NOT be running a NFL franchise but at what he does he is very good . The first part of the Toronto series although being a total turd to the fans in that it took away home games from the Ralph it did make the team $78 mill so even though it wasn't great for the fans it wasn't terrible for the team ... Then there is the thing with hiring our coach , total homer hire , could have done a lot worse (i guess) but with who was out there at the time not real sure how ... Put the guy back where he belongs & get a NFL guy putty in his place ...

The guy was brought here entirely with a history of taking a stinky college program from the basement of the college ranks to a .500 team . Well he has done just that with this team & if they win one more game this sunday he will have surpassed his previous mark . Does that make him a great coach ? Plan on being stuck with him at least one more season I only hope he has the Balls to see what is wrong & fix it ! TIme is short in the NFL & we have a lot of players that could get sick & tired of this real quick & want the training wheels taken off soon !!

This has ben a topic of discussion ever since Hackett was put in charge of the offense & the struggles became apparent , he just doesn't have the experience to make adjustments to the opposition & he does NOT IN ANY WAY know how too use the talent he has to their strengths ! If Marrone is half the coach every one thinks he is that will be the first change he does , the excuse of having so many QB's come in to try out doesn't hold water !! Because even though they say they have had 12 QB's in over the last 2 seasons how many actually played ? E.J.,Thad , Orton , Kolb may have been the projected starter but he only went in actually after he got better from the knee sprain when E.J . went down then he got his bell rung which was his end then they brought in Thad so the 12 QB thing is total BS !! The Pats did it when Brady went down a couple years back with their back up & never missed a beat . I get it Cassel was in a solid offense for more than one year as a back up ut still coaching is everything look at what Arians has done in one year out in AZ end of conversation !!! SHip Hackett out ...

Nope i think we already have our K. Cousins on the roster in EJ ... Actually i would rather give EJ another shot before they close the book on him completely as a starter . Let's see if he in fact has truly learned anything while watching Kyle ...

More like by him hiring really good D coordinators & them carrying the team along with the character of the players on both sides of the ball is what is changing the team not the HC ... Sure he may be a good guy but his football intelligence has been less than stellar to say the least !! Now i would more say that Whaley is the one that needs the praise but seeing as that was a Buddy hire & Marrone was a homer hire of Brandons i believe that is why the praise goes there . Besides Brandon needs to pump up his accomplishments to the new owner after the Toronto series debacle !!

None he will be the next in a long line of good Bills players playing or another team because he will test the waters & some team will offer him way to much money & as usual greed will over take rational thought & he will be gone !!

I think one guy that has had enough experience in the game that was showing a up swing to his game but has the rap of injuries is Sam Bradford . THis guy has everything the Bills need in a QB . He has a strong arm , experience , ability to read the field & defenses , but hasn't had a O line that could give him the protection to keep him healthy . And above all because we don't have a first round pick i think this guy will be VERY affordable due to his injury history , a perfect opportunity for him & the Bills !! This past year the guys game looked to be on a upswing but once again his O line didn't keep him clean & he was knocked out once again . With the young guys we have on the O line & getting a year of experience i think our line will just be that much better next year & if you can keep Bradford clean i think the guy would be just what the Bills ordered ! NO please NO thats all we need is a head case that a lot of media folks say cannot be fixed or isn't willing to be fixed !! Let him take his Millions & his beautiful wife & ride off into the sunset ! I would rather have Teabow at least you know he will take direction to do what ever is needed to win !! Speaking of which & seeing that we haven't had one in a while ... WHY NOT TEABOW !!

The guy is MONEY !! If it wasn't for him this team wouldn't be where it is !! It is surviving by the Defensive coaching staff & by the Talent on the offensive side of the ball . If only the coaching staff had half the clue that the defensive coaches have this team would be great !!

If Marrone is this great offensive minded line coach & has put the right people in place to teach these guys then there should be no question about this guy ... Whaley & his guys have been lights out in finding good talent & i think this Cyril will be a good pick up he like Kugo just needs the coaches to coach them up , but if this staff isn't what some think it is (& i don't think it is) then these guys will go to another team & flourish & have great NFL careers ...

Yah but can you imagine if Hackett would realize what experience he has in his QB & ask more of him in game planning ... Orton has more time in NFL shower shoes than Hackett has in any coaching position ! The guy just flat out doesn't have the experience , he's got the talent he just doesn't know how to utilize it ! You give Gailey , Trestman , Fassel , & these guys are has beens in the NFL but if you gave it to the guys working in KC , Indy , Philly , this team would be unstoppable !! I just hope this coach can see what is happening , he says every week for the past 15 that "we just got to keep getting better" & that hasn't happened if for nothing else the offense has went backwards ! You Have CJ , Watkins, Woods, Fred, Chandler, Theres 5 play makers plus the others that Whaley has brought in just to plug the wholes that have done great this team has the talent just not the coaching !!

But that would show a coach thinking in a forward aggressive manner & thats not in our coaches thought pattern !!

Coach of the year ????? I don't know how he figures that !! Or Why . Now Whaley for Executive of the year I'm all in on that one he was the guy that brought in Rambo & others to bolster the team in this weekends win . The HC hasn't done any thing to bolster or change the direction of the offense besides allowing Orton to be the starter which was a no brainer .

Marrone won't let CJ play this game he will say he hasn't had enough practice time to put him back in the line up ..

It's just to bad he doesn't know how to utilize the talent he has on hand to the best of it's ability !!

This is a great thing for the team it's just to bad the OC or the HC have no earthly idea just how to use CJ's talent to best improve the offense !!

This needs to happen !!
