Due to the fact the loyalty from the company wasn't there and it was put toward people making a inferior finished product for the money so i figured if that's what you want that's what you will get & took my skills else where . I unlike many others here like the job McD has done since being here ! He has turned this team from a perennial loser to a perennial winner seems to always be in the hunt . Because of that he has a also helped to secure a brand new state of the art stadium for WNY & the Bills . If you look at any winning HC's it takes a lot almost perfection to get to the big game & win many really good teams stumble but as they say you have to be in it to win it & if your not in the play offs constantly you will never have a chance at the prize ! This season has been a tough one in a lot of different ways for the coaching staff to over come these certain situations they have been faced with but i have faith again unlike others here that McD will get ur done !! By the looks of what little bit i saw of the game last night Mahomes is having some of the same issues as Josh when it comes to over throws & misses . If the Bills can keep the mistakes (and injuries) down like they did against the Jets i'd say they can beat the Eagles .

It & the laws in place that helped slow illegal immigration were working to keep it relatively the same with not a huge increase until your boy took it all away through executive order only to have the highest amount of illegal immigration in history after he took office . Yep it sure does if done the right way ! I know it did me when i was in the construction industry in FL. before the housing crash in 08 . I was the top skilled trades person at the company i worked for for some 12 + years & as time went on my boss (the owner of the company) started hiring more illegal immigrants which had their families living & working together which made the amount of job availability go down . It took me more time to put out a finished product that didn't need anyone to go back to redo work on when finished and the new people he hired could put out the same job i did (which the quality was TOTAL CRAP in comparison) but they could put out 4 jobs of BS work to my 2 to which there was no comparison of quality yet my boss didn't care until i gave my 2 weeks notice . He was feeding them & didn't give a S**T about the guy that had made him money with a higher quality for 12 years . WOW does that sound like a modern day American labor story of what has exactly happened to the American job market in the US or what ? So how many more Americans like me had to find other jobs because greed & lack of quality workmanship to make more money as the driving force behind American business ? I don't have any problem with people immigrating here for a better life LEGALLY that's what we all want ! But when it's stuck in my A** to bring those people here and then allowing them to take my job not based on the fact that they can do a better/higher quality job than me but because they can do more work with less quality for less money that pisses me off . I at one point almost lost everything i had busted my ass for because of "Undocumented" or ILLEGAL immigration taking work away from me & i'll bet you on the other hand haven't been in that situation . That with the fact that you are probably to lazy to do things for yourself & need immigrants to do the things you don't want to is why your opinion is the way it is i'm guessing . I'll guess you are probably a office worker that sits behind a computer most days and go home or stay home & tell everyone how exhausted you are at the end of the day from sitting on your ass behind a desk . All Illegal immigration does is cause more of a burden on the tax system and other things such as the VA less money for veterans health care and such . The bottom line is the amount of money available . Maybe it as you call it "triggers me" because i AM a LAW ABIDING citizen of the USA far from perfect but that's where i start from & I have said in prior posts that the he US has always had LEGAL Immigration and that is what this country was built on to become a True American citizen . Liberty AND Justice !!! for all not starting out by breaking the law although that is what the country has become in some respects . Yes i will admit when i go look for or research something it is definitely from the conservative side of things because i am a conservative but while looking for that perspective i do watch CNN & others but i can't get where they are coming from because of my beliefs . As far as how illegal immigration impacts us JUST LOOK ! Why in part is the deficit $32 Trillion ? What are all the sanctuary cities doing now ???? They are walking back there initial intentions & thoughts of supporting these people (Chicago, NYC, San Francisco, Portland) and are asking the Feds for monetary help . Tent cities every where in a lot of the "Sanctuary Cities" that i go to on a regular basis with my job . Homelessness out of control IN PART of a result of Illegal Immigration . It's is a huge burden on the tax structure although the US has the "I'll just print more money" mentality that's not the way it works in my world. We would wind up in jail if we the people conducted our financials like the gov't does . I'm all for helping who i can & who the country can but we are way over extended $32 Trillion over to be a bit more exact & increasing every minute with no end in sight you have to start to stop the bleeding somewhere . Take care of what you got HERE !! and now & add to it as little as possible . Seeing first hand in these cities this has been a great thing ! They now realize how much of a strain it puts on housing, health, & well fare it is in a way a blessing . If more of these type convictions had a direct impact such as this to those that want it i think a lot of that thinking would change .
