He is not and never will be a road grader RT. The two sides require different skills and talents. Please everyone stop blithely saying "switch Bell to RT" as it is not an option. By the OP's thinking the Sabres FO should have pulled the plug on half the young guys that are producing now. Green Bay should have given up on BJ Raji because he didn't show he was the answer in his first year. If this were written last year at this time he probably would have given up on Stevie Johnson. And we as fans, at least some of us, want our coach to not use the same old pablum that DJ spewed. Tuna, Bellicheat and other winning coaches let everyone know when someone is in the doghouse and for some, that's what motivates them. We disagree. I like my coach to hold these players accountable.

Disagree. Chan's fingered himself everytime he's called out a player. I like that he calls it like he sees it. He always puts the ultimate responsibility on his own shoulders. What he's saying is step up or I'll have to by cutting your *ss. After cutting Trent and some others, players ought to know he's a no sh*t guy.

He's mega fast and can strike from just about every angle...like a kickboxing Pernell Whitaker back in the day. Like his chances. Rua is crafty and knock out artist as well. Hope they didn't bring Jon along too quickly but all of us here in ROC City are backing our guy.

Take out the two TE games and the Brohm stinker and I think .Gailey did some great things with Fitzy and the offense.
