never liked Frazier and and want new systems on both sides of the ball. Sick of the bend AND break defense and we need a balanced offense. Our running and passing dont set each other up an it like random plays out there. McDermott coached under Jim Johnson , who was one of the best and most aggressive DC s out there and need to get back to that. Also need to make adjustments sooner and not stay in the 52 all the time and get run over all day. i want the Kyle shannahan offense and McDermott deep down wants to run the ball more and this would do it and take pressure off josh to be perfect all the time. I want Greg Roman as our run game coordinator

i agree 100% the defensive philosophy is WAY TOO PASSIVE. i want Schwartz back but i believe he just went to Detroit, but hopefully Frazier goes and we get a more aggressive system in here.

agree 100% i would love to bring in a Niners style offense. could you imagine Allen on the 49s ?? They would be unstoppable McDermott did have it the first year with tyrod and actually made the playoffs with it. There seemed to be friction between McD and that OC so he was let go, but i think that style of offense would give Josh the help he needs and allow him to be a super hero when need be. problem is we didn't do well on the Dline either, there are slightly above average. We also need a more aggressive scheme like when Schwartz was here, he turned bums into studs

I stopped reading at trade Josh, who still is the best QB in the league but this offense relies too much on him. We need a better line and better WRs and this offense is rolling again. Trading diggs would be dumb, we need more good WRs not less. Also need to play tighter defense and not let every team roll down the field until we figure it out, cant give up easy touchdowns to the good teams

I dont want McDermott fired but i want him to be HC/DC and Payton as OC. dont know if Payton would except that role but i think it would do wonders for our offense and Allen. Also want Greg Roman as run game designer.

they dont have much time to decide Actually it is a great place to work BUT they screwed up that day. Most guys took a vacation day.

The game needs to be played. This may seem harsh but we had a guy die at work, was crushed to death, and they didn't stop work and we worked through it. It Friggin sucked ill tell ya that but they could get it together by Wednesday and then play again next Monday even though that is not a normal on the last week.
