Bills schedule next year?
PaattMaann replied to bills in oregon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
people already calling NEXT YEARS schedule difficult!!!???? LOL!!! You never know how easy or difficult a schedule was until AFTER a completed season. We have no idea who will be healthy or injured, what players will even be on these rosters, or in some cases even who the head coach of these teams will be!!!!! The NFL is a week to week league, any given sunday, its hard to win in the NFL..pick your cliche, its true. The only reason to be looking at 2019 schedule is to pick the away game you want to travel to. Other than that its meaningless. -
was there last time the Bills played there. Stadium is beautiful, expect a very very quiet crowd. When they are on offense you can literally hear a pin drop (or you can yell from the upper deck and be heard on the field), leftover from the Peyton manning days where he called the offense from the LOS. They get a little loud when they are playing D but its super tame. Tailgating is in various lots around the stadium. It was only Bills fans tailgating when we went. And that was all over every lot.
-
I think I am actually going to go to Green Bay Distillery for their tailgate. Its also an all you can eat and drink affair, but smaller than the Bart Star Plaza one, you can park right on site.
-
Think I might swing by the Bills tailgate at that small little auto shop that has been circulating, see some Bills fans and then head over to the bart star plaza tailgate. 30 bucks is a darn good deal for three hours of food and booze. Plus I dont have to walk around with my own beer. Does anyone know if there is Uber in Green Bay?
-
you can get stoned in town square, nobody will stop you

is there Uber in Green Bay?

agreed about using him in some creative ways, just hope he holds onto the football nah I dont remember his diving grab last week, but I am happy he did, thats what WRs are supposed to do. Dont care 1 bit what he did or didnt do in meaningless games Ive watched balls hit his hands and he dropped them, he needs to start catching them. period. (he isn't the only one).

I might settle for your boy Foster catching ONE BALL, never mind every ball. CATCH THE F'ING BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did Anyone Watch The Game At The 716?
PaattMaann replied to Buffaloflash's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
out of curiosity, why are you wondering about 716 specifically? because thats where you wanted to go to watch? -
having a pair means understanding this is a mans game full of emotion. Men don't like to be embarrassed like the Bills were all week by the national and local media. Having a pair means you don't get all bent out of shape over a little post game celebration. Grow a pair thin skin. If you have a problem with Tre then you should have a problem with the entire roster who used that same line post game in celebratory taunts. Quit crying, you are the new soft NFL's perfect target audience though. I bet you hate when QBs get hit legally too.
-
you sound like a baby, grow a pair Tre was pumped up after the entire nation said we would get embarassed. Vegas put as one of the biggest underdogs in history. Kid had every right to mock it all. The entire locker room was yelling "YOU LIKE THAT" according to Bills beat reporters present

the better half and I will be there. flying out from Buffalo saturday evening. Plan to stroll around with some pocket beers sunday morning pre game, take it all in. Will swing by the "official tailgate" for a bit for sure.

Interesting Astro Tweet re: Beane

Bros, garbage plates aren't something you eat on a regular basis. It's a "my god I'm wasted and need to stuff my face full of food to soak up this booze" meal. Lighten up Frances -

I dig the garbage plate, but hot dog has to be the worst meat option. Chicken fingers or burger patties for the win -
I need help: 2018 Bills Home Opener
PaattMaann replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No no no you misunderstood me (or I wasn't clear). I'm not saying "the culture in Buffalo is lame", I'm saying "culture/being interested in culture is lame!!" Going to museums is generally lame. Going to look at the Erie Canal related history is lame. Going to look at buildings built by some dude is lame! Your taking a freaking two day trip to see a football game and you want to go see musicals and look at old buildings???? as you pointed out, there is good culture in buffalo if that's your thing, I'm saying those things in general are lame - no offense of course -

I dont know about this. Bunch of reports have said Foster has made some plays, but keeps double clutching catches and has made some bad mistakes. Many say Cam Phillips is the rookie WR to watch out for. -

we are also just a week into practice. I think things will take shape in the next two weeks and the decision will be easier for the coaches. -
maybe even over a year. Which I think most of us are smart enough to understand. Year 2 of the rebuild. Many things are in place, just need to bring in some more offensive talent. I do think we will prove pundits wrong again though, regardless of how good or bad the offense is. I think this team, like last years, just has a dog mentality where they will fight you for the full game and many times that can trump talent/execution. That starts at the top. Its great to see.

seems like the packers get bit big by the injury bug EVERY year

This is a solid take. I remember Daboll saying that he was going to run a week to week offense built to take advantage of opponents weaknesses. I am sure that is why we see the varied looks thus far in camp, which is refreshing and inspires hope in me personally. As you say though, its a marriage of design/talent/execution and who knows what will happen.
