Ive seen plenty of coaches argue/get in faces with no repercussions, it just stands out to you when the duke staff does it becuase you are a hater : ) I just dont see the whiny-ness, show me anything where coach K has blamed the refs for a loss and ill eat my hat - complaining in game? yea thats coaching...can you hear what they are saying/arguing about?? As a coach myself, I can easily see where communicating with a ref could be construed as "whining" - especially when you cant actually hear what is being discussed

agreed, that was my point, and more importantly that was coach K's point - storm the court, great, fine, burn down the city - but get the other team out of there first if these schools didnt just suck at life and would win games regularly, there would be no reason to ever storm the court...."yayyy we suck forever, but look at us now, we won a game!!!!"

the issue was (for coach K) that they stormed the court, and have been, way too soon - in the past they have been able to get players and coaches at least to the "tunnel" - last night they were on the court instantly - and im all for preventative measures instead of waiting for a player to be lost for the season due to a drunk fan..."just because it hasent happened in the past" is not a good enough reason to NOT act and for the record, I loved stevies why so serious and happy new year messages...the NFL cries to much

ripping down the goal posts USED to be part of college football until it was deemed unsafe and not allowed - it can be prevented, mace those little drunk co-eds : ) the bottom line is: coach K is well within his right to voice his concern over safety, every time they lose its an earth shattering event where college kids storm the court.... and as a duke fan, I disagree he gets all the calls : )

the giants actually had a real QB throwing to him - he would fail with the trash we have/will have in Buffalo for the immediate future - dont waste the pick/money

in all four of dukes losses this season, the opposing fans have stormed the court - get over yourselves, its just Duke, theres no need to have a parade and burn the city because you won a basketball game coach K is one of the (read: the best) best basketball coaches to ever live - and as you see in the espn story, he stated MULTIPLE TIMES about how great a win it was for virginia's program - and that storming the court is fine, just let the players/coaches get to the locker room so they are not injured in the chaos - "thats great, you should storm the court, burn benches, I dont care" - he's a concerned coach looking out for his players and coaching staff well being - how easily a drunk college !@#$ could storm the court, punch him in the face, or worse, take out a knee of one of his players who is lost for the season storming courts should be reserved for MONUMENTAL wins - not your average, run of the mill upsets... (hate to disagree with ya Ryan, does not happen often haha)

the stats of big hands leads to NFL success is VERY well documented im not saying its the end all, be all...but it does correlate

always do at least one road game a season...last year we drove to Cleveland and Indy...not sure what game we will go to this year, but there WILL be a game.. I reccommend New Orleans, especially if you have never been....make sure you make a long weekend out of it and eat lots of seafood

based on this chart, Brad Sorensen and Tyler Wilson either A) dont have hands B) have unmeasureably large/small hands.... Interesting gotta have a big handed QB - makes up for even tiny men like Russell Wilson get emmmm buddy

really hope World War Z is good...the book was awesome, but the previews have me worried with these seemingly super human zombies - could trash what was one a promising script/idea/endeavour Great Gatsby should be solid too - good cast...classic story

im proud of myself for reading that...was pretty brutal In hindsight I wish I had scrolled down and read Barbarian's cleaned up version but yea, I am not a huge fan of this mock....nor can I see some of those players lasting until those picks...

overacts every scene, yes I agree : ) Andrea I agree is also terrible.... if this show was on HBO/showtime they could afford some good acting and make the show incredible... dont get me wrong, I mostly enjoy the show and will watch it until its completion, I just wonder every week "what could be" with better cast/some money and effects

no to Manziel...sorry, just dont see his game translating to the NFL - hes a runner, first and foremost....and will get killed in the NFL trying that (dont give me the russell wilson or even RG3 comparisons, both of them were better passers and passers first than Manziel) - and name me ONE NFL QB who was a runner first and won super bowls/had a pro bowl career???

rick is such a terrible actor....its ALMOST killing the show for me I truly wish HBO or Showtime would pick up on the zombie or just end of the world trend right now and put out an amazing post apocalyptic show...
