  1. Favored by fourteen Tua Tuna Fish goes off Debris thrown on field
  2. Not just that.........it's his hometown..........as people may recall he was accused of flashing Crips signs during games.........and as we know most Rams fans are white and identify as Bloods.
  3. Not to steel @Warcodered's line but.......I mean, not ALL NFL fans are jealous of players like Lamar and Kyler for the recognition they get from advertisers. I highly doubt fans of the Packers and Chiefs or Bucs, whose QB's represent big companies in commercials.......care nearly as much about recognition given to next tier product shills like Kyler and Lamar as jealous Bills fans do. Not that the 1 second cameo in the Buffalo Wild Wings for Josh was nothing........but it almost is. Gross overreaction to perceived slights is literally what birthed "Bills Mafia"............recognition is more important to Bills fans.
  4. I mentioned this last week but my expectation is always going to be that Kyler Murray will eventually get a leg injury at some point every season.........and when he does his play will fall off because he has a big disadvantage when limited to the pocket. We saw it last year.........they beat the Bills and were gaining momentum and the talk of the league briefly........and then he suffers an ankle sprain and their season went down the drain. As elusive as he is, he doesn't seem to have that Doug Flutie spatial awareness for never, ever taking a big hit. And sure enough, he sprained his ankle last night. Maybe that won't be "the one" that diminishes his play this season, but it's not a good sign for Arizona. Without full mobility he's not exceptional. If he stays healthy.......man they are primed on offense.........I just don't expect that to be the case over a very long season.
  5. Watson was upset that ownership didn't value his opinion on the direction of the franchise. It's generally believed that teams do that with their QB's..........though it's not really true in most cases(ask Brady and Rodgers). Then he got exposed as a sexual predator and perhaps it's a little more understandable why Houston might have wanted to treat him like a player on the team instead of a co-owner. Now he looks like a total creep and just wants to get away. Miami sounds like a good place to hide. Big city, lower moral bar to clear, not a rabid pro fan base etc........nice place to hide in plain sight while he tries to re-build his image/career.
  6. He's not JUST a Kelly........he's from WNY. He played football here in WNY. Real WNY'ers don't quit supporting our own as quickly as people from more quitty places like Norf Carolina.
  7. He's done for the regular season but the Cardinals are expecting to be playing deep into the playoffs and perhaps he returns then.
  8. Yeah I see it as an opportunity to see what they can do without Knox. They are razor thin at TE so it would be nice to be prepared if he gets hurt again and is unavailable in the postseason.
  9. Phillips is a turd. Any peanuts and corn that were in there were mined out of him by McBeane.
  10. Because he draws dumb ***** penalties? Read much?
  11. I don't mind seeing Aaron Rodgers get a cheap shot but Jordan Phillips is just such a douchebag. People crying about not retaining that penalty machine......smh.
  12. Wow GB fans have really taken over Arizona.
  13. Me: Cool, GB gets 1st and goal at the 3 yard line. Promo:
  14. Yes, they did.......and you would have noticed that if you had read the post I was responding to........which was quoted right above what I wrote.......much like this your post right above this. It's not that complicated. But I have a group of folks who like to follow my posts around and just respond to them out of context so I'm used to it.
  15. The name of the city didn't come from the animal "Buffalo". It is an anglo'd up version of the name it was given by the Frenchies...... "Beau Flo" (beautiful river). So, yes I guess I am apparently one of our more informed posters. Also a Buffalo can indeed be in the process of grazing and lift it's head up off the ground. 😉
  16. Yes and he's also an example of a guy who had terrible measured ball speed at the combine and clearly throws a lot harder than that when he needs to in games. I would like to see the NFL put more emphasis on top ball speeds but the reality is that they don't because they probably aren't nearly as impressive as people think.
  17. The Bills only had 2 wins against teams with winning records in all of 2017 so that's no place to plant your flag. It's about the style they were able to play early in the season knowing that they had a first line of defense. Cover 1 had excellent analysis on it. They were only 4-2 thru 6 weeks but they could also have easily been 6-0 with that defense. Two close losses. They weren't the same defense after the Dareus trade. Fact. Dareus was a really talented player and made a very significant impact in Jacksonville.....worst run defense to first run defense..........and they actually had a lead in the 4th quarter of the AFCCG against the Pats. He was tremendous in the playoffs. To imply that trading Dareus was the taking off point for the McDermott regime is laughable nonsense.......which is what I was replying to in this thread.
  18. I considered that one........but it's too much action.
  19. I think it's illegal to say that word in Canada now.
  20. Yep. The Bills have receivers that get open............what they don't have are receivers who can make a lot happen in traffic with the ball in their hands. So the system works great when Allen is on.........when he is not sharp and the team needs RAC yards.......the offense doesn't have much of that. A lot of fans are fixated on the Bills getting an explosive RB.......but throwing accurate and well timed passes to RB's is a glaring Allen weakness. He could definitely use another WR who can run away from people, though.
  21. Just a reminder for those who want to remember the facts differently. 😉 https://www.cover1.net/the-impact-of-trading-dt-marcell-dareus/
  22. If Allen can throw 5 mph harder in windy Mobile Alabama than he did in a still combine setting..........why do you assume that guys like Mahomes, Herbert or Eason could not? The fact remains.........in the same combine environment......his fastball wasn't "not even close" better.........it was thisclose.........in fact it was the same as little known Jacob Eason, a fact you conveniently neglected to even mention. And don't get me wrong.......I believe they all have instances where they throw harder than they might have in a combine setting..........I believe the video of Brady throwing 62mph too.........and that being the case it certainly wouldn't surprise me that the aforementioned QB's can all surpass 65mph........but if Allen was throwing that much harder than any and every other QB in the league do you not think NexGen stats wouldn't be feeding us that astonishing info to help upsell Allen?
  23. Like I said, I've discussed flipping him for Beasley when he was losing his sh*t on social........Beas is from Texas and is on a cheaper contract next year so that might appeal to Houston.......and maybe throw in a late pick to sweeten it. But if you don't clear playing time I'm not sure where Cooks gets the snaps and I get the feeling that he would not be happy being a reserve and knowing he would be dumped into free agency with bad stats after the season. So you probably gotta' clear snaps for him to keep him happy.
