That hire was easily the worst thing the Pegulas have done since owning the team. Hopefully, it remains the worst thing they've ever done for as long as they own the team.

This is simply a game in which we're playing a better team. I don't think they're "a lot," better, however, so I think it will boil down to minimizing mistakes on our end (especially drive-killing penalties and drops) and capitalizing on mistakes that they make. If Andre Roberts can give us decent starting field position, Haushka continues to kick well and Bojo can be consistent, those things certainly won't hurt. What I DON'T want to see is Daboll outcoaching himself. I don't want to see cute college-level trickery. I don't want to see QB-keepers on any downs in which we need more than two yards. We will likely see Duke on the field again and I hope they play to his strength. We know he's not a deep threat, per se, but he does have good hands and is a big target. Take advantage of those things. We cannot fall behind too much, too early. We need to be able to run the ball like we did last week. Daboll did a nice job of mixing it up with Gore and Singletary. I'd love to see a few sustained drives during which we pound their defense for 5-6 minutes. Solid fundamental football will win this game. I hope they play their most disciplined game. If they do, they'll win.

Booger is terrible. I can't sit and watch the game. I keep in on in the background and do other things, checking periodically. He's impossible to listen to. His voice is annoying. His pitch raises to the level of a 4-year-old girl if he gets excited. And he's clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed. This is worse than the Dennis Miller experiment, which was the last time I found MNF unwatchable. How ***** hard can it be to find two people who are good at this job?????

Maybe it's just me, but I normally get a separate turkey for the tub.

Ha! That reminds me of a good one. Years ago, my wife drove a BMW X-5 (used). It was sort of hesitating, running kind of rough. I brought it in to the mechanic. They determined that there was some sort of a vacuum seal broken somewhere. Those things go through oil to the point of having to add a quart somewhere between oil changes. Come to find out, when I'd last put a quart in, I didn't properly secure the oil cap. That was the "leak." Talk about feeling like a schmuck. It cost me $100 for them to figure out that they just needed to put the oil cap on straight. They busted my balls any/every time I went in there after that.

I only go out of necessity. I can't think of any household fix I've done that I've loved. Just has to be done. I'm not big on creating projects just for the sake of doing so.

Rams O has been figured out and Gurley hasn't been Gurley for over a year. Ravens look legit, for sure. I was hoping Wade Phillips could dial up a D to stop them. Ha. That didn't happen. They're fun to watch. It'll be interesting to see what happens when they play Buffalo.
