  1. Haven't seen anything complaining about the blown calls. In particular the no call on Freddie on our first posession of the second half. Clearly interference, it changed the flow of the game. Instead of tie game with the ball in good field position we were playing from behind. Also one of the Giants TD's looked like it should have been oveturned.
  2. Chan needs to know if Fitz is the qb of the futre. He is giving Fitz an opportunity to prove he is.
  3. O'laughlins always has a lot of both Bills and Giants fans, also plenty of high def tv's if you want to watch a different game. They've seen enough of my money for one weekend so I won't be there today.
  4. Still, more than what he had for the Bills
  5. Love the look on his face when he said that
  6. Field of Dreams. From the sounds of others who have replied I really need to see Shawshank Redemption
  7. I've never taken laxatives before running, that was someone else!
  8. There is an older brother, Cooper Manning, who may have been the best football player of them all but spinal stenosis put an end to his football career. Add having this in the family to Peyton having nothing left to prove and already being set for life monetarily, I wouldn't be shocked if his career is over.
  9. 2009 book by Marv Levy and Jeffrey Miller - Game Changers: The Greatest Plays in Buffalo Bills Football History. Also a brand new Fictional book by Levy, Between the Lies, which is loosely based on the Bills. Disclaimer - haven't read either
  10. thought I was the only one that noticed that...
  11. Steve Christie does not qualify. He had two very good seasons with Tampa Bay, 85% fg one year, 75% the other, 100% on pat's. He convinced Tampa Bay mgm not to waste a protection on him, he wasn't going anywhere. Then he told his agent he wasn't interested in going anywhere unless Bufallo called. He's from Oakville Ontario (just south of Toronto). Rest is history.
  12. Bills gave up on second round pick John Parrella after one season, played for 12 years with San Diego and Oakland.
  13. And now for a different point of view. Prior to 1994 kickoffs were from the 35 yard line, before that it was from the 40 (not sure when it went from 40 to 35, some time in the early 80's I believe). With all the rule changes that have given advantages to the offense lately I'm happy with anything that helps the defense, even if it is under the guise of player safety.
  14. and here I thought I was the only one that could connect the dots...
  15. so Eric, I turn on to Abbot off of 20A, could be from either direction depending if I pick anyone up. Park in your lot. Do I need to change my route?
  16. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1694240 Adam had a long career with the Bills, even had a show (not sure if it was radio or TV and I'm to tired to google). Anyways this is a taken for granted position that the Bills of the 90's held a roster spot for. Giants lost a playoff game because of a lousy snap. Hope he has a career comparable to Adam's (maybe he is training camp fodder). Oh yeah, almost forgot, he is a Bill now.
  17. http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=71344&draftyear=2011&genpos= Here's a little info on him
  18. Maybe this one (more then a name on a wall Statler Brothers)
  19. As I recall he got tossed by the Bills (much to my surprise), picked up by the Eagles, then suspended for the supplement. Seems like the Bills might have known something was up. Here is a link that more or less confirms this, its the nfl version of the Mitchell report. You'll find Matt's name under the Eagles, not the Bills. Mike Golic (Mike and Mike) is also on the list. http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20080921/news_1s21nfllist.html
