  1. Mel Kiper is an idiot and I much prefer Mayock. Gil Brandt on Sirius is very knowledgabel, so I'll probably watch the coverage on NFLN and listen to Sirius.
  2. First, it is an ESPN poll which tells me all I need to know. Secondly, who cares? Results on the field will change people's perception. Looking forward to the draft and the coming season and firmly believing the Bills will compete for a playoff spot.
  3. Casserly is a tool. Wouldn't put too much stock in anything he has to say.
  4. I agree completely. That is exactly the point I was trying to make.
  5. This from Kohl's professional kicking camp in 2012. "Dombrowski is someone that stood out the last couple of years at the National Elite Camp. We had multiple 5.2-5.4 hang-times on his punts. The ball accelerates off his foot very well. He has great leg speed and has refined his punting to the point where he was a weapon this year at Harvard. He played in some harsh conditions and open ended stadiums and still averaged 44.0 yards a punt on 42 punts. His long punt was 74 yards, and he was a weapon in pinning teams deep in their territory.Dombrowski is someone that can compete with anyone in the 2013 draft class." Sounds like he's at least worth a look. He can't be much worse than Moorman.
  6. Why, is Rogers planning on giving better services? They sure ain't buying the Bills.
  7. Why is this thread still up and why do people keep speculating about the Bills moving to Toronto? It ain't going to happen. Toronto does not want the Bills and furthermore does not deserve them. It is a hockey town and always will be. Tired of this foolish speculation.
  8. I was a Browns fan growing up in addition to the Bills. Jim Brown of course was my favorite.
  9. This. So tired of these repeated threads about Toronto. Screw Toronto. They don't want the Bills. Repeat, the Bills will never move to Toronto.
  10. If in fact the players do use it for motivation, it should be done in private, not bandied about. Again people, show some respect.
  11. Please stop this thread. Mr. Wilson has died. He created the Buffalo Bills. Have some respect.
  12. This. It is a dark time because of Mr. Wilson's passing. That does not necessarily mean that the team will be moving. Regardless, that is beyond our control as fans. Right now, I offer prayers to the Wilson family and thanks to Mr. Wilson for giving us the Buffalo Bills. The rest will sort itself out later.
  13. Count me in as well. God Bless you JK. Prayers to you and family.
  14. We all rooted for Jim Kelly as a player and we now root for him as a man. There was something about his spirit that was infectious and he was the unquestioned leader of those Super Bowl teams. He inspired us and brought us so many hours of joy. Sure he was a flawed human being, but aren't we all? Now it's time for us to try and lift him up. Please pray for him and his family as he continues to battle this terrible disease. God Bless you Jimbo.
  15. Fitzpatrick sucks. Give it up. Great guy, Very poor QB. Every single team that has had to rely on him as a starter for more than a couple of games has discovered this unfortunate fact. Houston will be no different. For their sake, let's hope he never has to start.
  16. I have not seen one analyst who believes that a safety is worth what Byrd got from NO. I think the Bills made him a fair offer and he chased the money in NO. Good for him, but I'm glad the Bills didn't pony up more to keep him. I like the guys they have signed. Good teams have depth and that is what the Bills have added. They look to be better against the run, which was a huge weakness. Williams will do fine at FS at the other guys are more than adequate at SS. Would love to have kept Byrd, but I don't believe his leaving creates a huge hole at safety.
  17. Thad brings a lot of energy, but his skill set is lacking. He will never beat E.J. in a competition. He's a competent back up, no more, no less. Glad we have him but in no way will he win the starting job.
  18. I have done several mock drafts on Fanspeak and Mosley is always available, even after trading down to number 12 or 14.
  19. I did the fanspeak mock draft simulation and traded down in both the first and second rounds. I ended up with multiple picks in the second third and fourth rounds. This is what I came up with. 16 ILB C.J. MOSLEY ALABAMA 41 S LAMARCUS JOYNER FLORIDA STATE 53 WR KELVIN BENJAMIN FLORIDA STATE 73 OT JOEL BITONIO NEVADA 87 G ANTHONY STEEN ALABAMA 105 DE DEMARCUS LAWRENCE BOISE STATE 117 CB BASHAUD BREELAND CLEMSON 120 WR BRANDON COLEMAN RUTGERS 137 DE ED STINSON ALABAMA 149 ILB MAX BULLOUGH MICHIGAN STATE 169 RB DEVONTA FREEMAN FLORIDA STATE 201 TE JOE DON DUNCAN DIXIE STATE
  20. Spiller was hurt most of the year last year. He spent most of his carries looking to run out of bounds so he didn't hurt his ankle. It wasn't the coaching or the play calling. He did the best he could on an injured ankle. He will run differently this year when healthy.
  21. Just stop. The Bills are never going to move to Toronto.
  22. They did not sign Browner. His agent says they have offers from four teams and aren't even close to a deal.
  23. They can cut him after two years and save over 7 million in cap money. He took a risk. The 6 Million guaranteed in the third year is in case of injury. He wanted out and he took a risk in order to get out. Don't blame Buffalo's FO for that.
