  1. Interesting note today that I haven't heard before. Sal C was on the show and talked about the parking lots that they are going to accommodate more parking spaces as well as the spaces being large enough set up a pop up tent (i'm assuming one of those 10'x10' tents that you get at walmart). Thought that was a really cool idea to help make the lanes less congested while trying to drive to your spot.
  2. Yes, 2025. Next year.
  3. Everyone in the media today texting Beane:
  4. Now when we take a defensive player in the 1st and 2nd they have a built in reason for doing it.
  5. They are cap compliant already apparently.
  6. Probably because Von was going on and on all off season about how he would be ready to start week 1 and didn't get activated until week 10 and did nothing in weeks 10-19. That would be my guess.
  7. I don't think it wouldn't have happened. Honestly wouldn't have been surprised if that was the case. But that was a different conversation 20 minutes ago.
  8. could you, yes. but that 6.7 will likely turn into 2.2m quickly when replacing Von with 1 or 2 players. No I dont think he is the same as 2 players but they will pay 2 players to rotate in his place if they did cut him for around 4-5m so the savings isn't that much. And when you are talking about that amount of money for edge rusher, you have no clue what you are going to get in FA in terms of production for the year. The devil you know...
  9. Next year post June 1 designation (6m dead cap or 15m cut after season). Still 17m for post June this year/ 32m if cut now. His dead cap is higher than his cap hit currently. Next year it will be 6m vs 23m with a post Jun 1st designation.
  10. They already have 22m in cap space next year and can get even bigger extending dawkins and johnson and restructure Allen. They are getting younger and flush with money at the cost of old players with experience. I'll take it. 👍
  11. Imagine watching a trailer to a movie and thinking that the entire movie was going to be like that.
  12. someone in the coaching tree has to have a connection. It's like the 7 degrees of kevin bacon.
  13. Steelers are dumb either way so it all works out. 😉
  14. Sean got the pre-draft copy of "The Script 2024"
  15. He clarifies that he means Allen's restructure will be about 23.1m when he says "not nearly enough for Allen"
  16. Floyd already said he's chasing a payday so that's almost guaranteed. The door for Davis and AJE staying on the bills opened up slightly. I think the number of d-lineman we have under contract right now though is going to lean toward trying to get AJE and Jones signed more than Davis though since it seems like the draft is going to be where they do their shopping for WR.
  17. Oh I know. But contracts are also going to increase so both the inflation of the cap and contracts will likely still be in line with one another. Like I said, it was a rare situation where the cap was basically doing a "bounce back" from a bad economical standing so the teams that were willing to pay more and play the long game are now going to benefit more than the teams that played the "wait and see" game.
  18. I agree but also this is a rare situation considering all of the covid money during the shutdown years and now next year they are getting the new tv contract so the numbers were going to increase significantly more compared to years past, JMO.
  19. I remember when this was a big controversy when I was a teen.
  20. The thing I would like to know is the real life uses that this "wind confusion" meshing has been tested out/used in. Can't help but think it's likely something that was designed for places that have never had snow let alone the amount that usually hits Buffalo.
