Diggs was on a heater today. He was calm and respectful but man, you could tell he hated some of those questions.

It may be your bias but as a non English teacher, having that type of confidence in something you don't normally do gives me more confidence in what he is actually supposed to be doing. Even as far as putting blame on himself for Dorsey getting fired was something we don't normally hear from any of the coaching staff. Every press conference after a loss: "We'll have to look at the tape" or "I'm not getting into specific right now" or "We'll keep that internal for the time being" Just nice to hear that "accountability" from someone when that's all they preach and no one has shown it outside of Allen.

That's because we hate people. 😆 In my situation, it's more related to building renovations that happen on a fairly regular basis, say a few rooms per year, and all of the infrastructure, designed and budget are determined before we catch wind of the project from hearsay and have to contact the project manager to ask them if we need to be involved for any IT specs/installations of equipment. This usually ends up putting the project behind by a few weeks when they have been planning things months prior.

When someone is let go, yes. We know before it even happens but anything else and we are an afterthought.

I'd be interested to see if there are any issue with Matt Bove after he asked McD yesterday if he thought, as a defensive coordinator, that the offense was becoming too predictable.

Kind of surprised to see how many people don't like Sal. Not saying I agree with everything that he says but I honestly can't stand most of the callers that call in with every hot take under the sun and provide nothing to support their comment other than "because that's what I would do".

I actually think it stems from last year in the divisional round. Diggs storming out then and the stuff that happened at the beginning of the year makes me think the players didn't believe in the offensive game plan. Josh looking lost on the sideline. The players have no confidence and that's a reflection of coaching. Then they run the same mesh play over and over again that has been resulted in probably half of Allen's INTs when all they needed to do was run the ball. Also having a players only meeting for the offense doesn't show a lot of faith in what they are being told to do.

I'd say 60/40 yes. This game wasn't on Dorsey because of the poor plays of the offense (fumbles, drops, INTs) and then the defensive and special team issues but his play calling has been bad since London and really hasn't changed or provided any kind of confidence in the offense.

Hard for me to say if he said "is" or "his" but in McD's zoom meeting today addressing the game/OC change he said "when you're not your producing over time, that's where is/his confidence level is thin" Like I said, hard to tell what if he said is or his but might have been a slip of the tongue on McDs part talking about Allen and wouldn't be surprised if he was.
