today's PFF: I like this draft. I really like the WR in Rd. 1 and 2 idea. Here, we have two potential stud X receivers. Burton may be a headcase, so that will depend. The backup WR here would be Million from Washington, who appears more of a slot. I like Hadden, the CB from Tenn, as PFF gives him a 90 zone coverage grade. Allen upgrades the RB room, Travis is a great backup project who can be traded for a higher round pick perhaps, Zinter goes higher if not hurt, and the edges posses some rotation potental.

i also like Polk we would be crazy to skip him and let a team like Kc grab him. Pickens was supposed to be “a lot” and he has been great on Pgh. Burton may need a better environment? Wosh he was at Sr bowl, seems like a missed chance for scouts.

Suicide, while sometimes understandable, is never a sign of mental clarity. While the friend you described was in a horrible situation, it seems she had friends and was adjusting until a bullying incident. Also, the majorities of suicide are due to mental illness—or a misguided feeling that the person committing suicide will never be able to adopt to some (sometimes awful) life change. There is always hope and those considering suicide should get professional help, always.

I think we take Newton over Mitchell. WRs like Polk from UW or Burton from Alabama may be available in Rd 2.

I do not watch Michigan a lot, but Nugent could be our center pick if he lasts that long. Also like LB Barrett, and WR Johnson. agreed, but that is their floor, IMO— good late round guys who will stick around awhile.

Agreed. I’d take Powers over WR 6 and over any DL likely to be there except the DT from Illinois. Then trade up in 2 for WR Polk or Legette.

Great depth. We can’t get younger all over, and having depth vets who have been more productive than what we had is a step forward.

this would be great. and with other holes filled depth wise I could see us trading into 15 or below if Thomas is around. (even Mitchell perhaps). If we stay st 28 perhaps double dip Mitchell (Thomas ideally) then Polk or trade up in 2 for Legette.

totally agree on the dome aspect. plus the ability to have other events the seats could be tied to

Reid and others have been to and won many SB’s. McD was basically excusing the inability to sniff one. agree the roster is setup to win. Disagree with the Mahomes issue. Allen is a better playoff and reg season QB. The reason we have not won is coaching related—particularly the D.

McD is a slightly more personable Jauron with Allen. Although McD did state they want to take the next step, but he does seem tone def for being seemingly ok with making the divisional round “because it’s hard”.
