    Bean and McD. Need to start over. No college coach, NHL, NBA, etc coach or GM/AD would get this long of a leash with a top 3 player for 8 years and no championship.

    Totally agree. Should have Waddle but we need the 2026 1st for some reason more than the 2027. Just ridiculous.

    I wonder if Coleman has ADHD, which can create issues for people being on time. He does not strike me as lazy or indifferent. I don’t think an indifferent player would be a contested-catch guy or catch that TD vs. Balt.

    another early playoff exit coming unless Sanders or someone just pops out of nowhere. Right now we make 3rd string RBs running behind a bunch of backup OLmen look like pro bowlers.

    I mean this is a great question. Not really sure how the D improves. Really poor personnel acquisition on the DL/LBs by Bean. Perhaps some disguised/delayed blitzes with different guys coming from different spots. Bishop has been in great position this season, so that frees up the ability to blitz more.

    Bean misses and then double downs on it. Gets Coleman, and then declares are awful WR room somehow good to go this season. Terrible job by Bean all around.

    That's funny, I live near PGH and fans are hoping to trade Tomlin to the Giants. I'd rather we trade McD. Imagine getting a 1st for him. Prob could. The Bears offered something crazy for Tomlin and the doofus Rooney's said no.

    I fear this is true. I will also stop financially supporting the Bills during that time. Just total waste by an owner. Demonstrates the owner cares only about $$, and not winning a SB. I wonder if Pegs would consider trading him. Hey, we didn't fire him, we traded him to the Giants for Nabers or a 1st.

    Kubiack and whoever as GM. One interesting thought: trade McD for Tomlin, straight up. Both are stale where they are, but both likely good coaches. Would each be better in a different environment.
