  1. Star is overrated in any event, IMO. He can be replaced as a space eater. Beasley not so much. Perhaps Kumerow will replace him.
  2. CB or Center. Center has to set the blocking with the other OL, while worry about getting a clean snap and blocking instantly.
  3. agree. he will have a good number year there and turn it into a large contract next year there or elsewhere.
  4. I think once we get big leads, Moss will be the yardage grinder. Motor and Breida will both do well in helping to get those leads, but I can’t envision 1,000 yards for either.
  5. that’s odd, did Ditect TV tell you the tree blocks the signal, if so you should be able to get streaming. I had a blockage at my address and am able to get the streaming service. I’d calm them and explain the situation, that’s what I did a few years ago.
  6. any chance we can make a 2nd league for slackers like me and others?😍😜
  7. 60k would be okay for a dome with the noose amplification. For outside in Buffalo its pathetic. “Seats protected from the elements”, what does that mean? Cold is the biggest “element” in winter, and only a done protects from that.
  8. it’s clear TE is not an area of focus here for some reason. Don’t get Sweeny over Hollister.
  9. Like the TE Morris, bummed about Hollister
  10. they are huge issues for PIT. PIT will have to try to run it, IMO. won’t be able to keep up if we drop 30 on them. Groot should feast.
  11. wow, thought he looked good?
  12. wow, taking time in NE
  13. the author of that article is an egotistical a-hole. (I live in Pit, he is unbearable). Yeah, the Bills looked really disheveled in the preseason.
  14. agree I don’t care about gambling. but ads on jerseys can be/are an eyesore.
  15. this is awesome, but what does it mean? Can you bet regardless of the state you are in, only in-stadium, etc?
  16. I think we have to: (1) look at where we are thin at important positions. We are "thin" at CB (depth); (while we are also thin at TE, I don't think that's as big of an issue given our WR talent) and (2) look at where we are deep (DE). I think we try to trade a DE for a CB, and/or pickup a CB by shedding some DE talent. The obvious choice to shed is Addison due to his contract, but I'm not sure what CB is out there. (we could also shed for an OT--thin, or a DT).
  17. I think between average WR’s it’s better to have someone the starter is familiar with, hence the WY players?
  18. yeah, for that reason I would need a 1st, and I don’t think any team would do that.
  19. do you let them know you have a medical condition? I'm sure most would be accommodating of that. But I'd bet the vast majority of the "sit down" folks don't.
  20. this. will be close. depends on your risk tolerance. I drive up and back from PIT on gamedays and parking further from the stadium helps avoid traffic, but sometimes things go wrong with traffic.
  21. That is an interesting point I had not considered. That said, there are specific areas/seats for folks with medical conditions. I love @teef one of the problems of typing rather than talking is you can’t see expressions, tone, etc.
  22. I think key individuals plus legendary career. Eli is too much two huge flash in the pans to an otherwise average career.
  23. might go OT here. Trent Williams, Stanley, the Green Bay OT. on defense whatever helps the pass rush. DT A. Williams. also, surprised no one said K. Mack yet??
  24. wow, over the top reaction there. First, I’m far from a meathead. Second, I never said stay home, I said I wouldn’t pay to go to a game just to hang out and not be totally into it. It’s actually the people who go to a game and continue to yell “sit down” and basically act like they are at the opera who are annoying (no, I’m not saying that’s you and I highly doubt it is).
  25. what’s wrong with slapping the seats and making noise. if you don’t like the 12th man aspect that’s cool but I’d just stay home.
