  1. If it did go back, many more players would be dumped. They would basically be deciding who's in and who's out of the playoffs in week 10.
  2. Happy Game Day TBD! .... There's a heat wave going on in the NE, so get out and enjoy 70+ degrees weather this morning. Then settle in for an enjoyable afternoon of crushing the spirits of all J - E - T - S fan everywhere. Things looked so good for them two weeks ago; today, reality sets in. LET'S GO, BUFFALO !!!!
  3. I bought a Power Ball ticket. Now a chance to be a hero. I’ll use the same numbers. I’m feeling lucky . . . How many yards will Nyheim Hines have rushing ? 28 How many yards receiving? 32 Punt returns? 4 Kick off returns ? 0 Touchdowns, how many? 1
  4. This thread reminds me of that rather cool scene in Hoosiers: Myra: “A basketball hero around here is treated like a god. How could he ever find out what he could really do? I don't want this to be the high point of his life. I've seen 'em. The real sad ones. They sit around all their lives talking about the glory days when they were 17.” Coach Dale: “You know, most people would kill to be treated like a god, just for a few moments.” Myra: “Gods come pretty cheap nowadays, don't they? You become one by putting a leather ball in an iron hoop. I hate to tell you this, but it's only a game”
  5. Yeah, I can see that (well, couldn't see much that night watching it on TV).
  6. The first New Years Day outdoor game at the Ralph was a classic. With the snow and overtime, it ended up being everything and more that the NHL could want. I don’t think any since then have matched the scene of that day. Was that the high water moment of hockey in Buffalo?
  7. This confirms my feelings about the Fish signing Chubb. He’s above average, but not a game wrecker. Gives them a bit more quality and adds depth. But does he move them up to the Bills and Chiefs? No.
  8. There are some sick people on this board. 😆
  9. Do those two stops even count as NFL experience?
  10. Good to see Bates grading up. He's had an unexpected rough start to the season. Hopefully this is the Bates we anticipated going forward.
  11. Agree. It cost them in Miami-that is the only way the fish beat us. This is the one big thing I think they need to clean up.
  12. I hope we put snow-making machines on their side of the field that day.
  13. Yeah, they may try, but those teams do not have the QB threat of Aaron Rodgers.
  14. Well, it is Halloween and weird things happen today, like this post.
  15. Simple answer: They were outnumbering us in the box, and we were fine with that as it allowed them to be slow and methodical, and we kept everything in front of us. Minus the long TD in the 4th Quarter.
  16. It was in general, a mediocre game by all, but if I must: Diggs Singletary Jackson Milano Honorable Mentions: Cook Phillips Oliver
  17. How far have we come when we win by 10 and don't feel that good about it? In the past, a bad game meant a loss in all kinds of crazy and creative Bills ways (the "Billies" thing). But when you're good, and you may not play your best--even sloppy at times--but still win comfortably by 10. I like this side of the equation. Yes, 6-1 !!!
  18. The biggest concern I have in this game was how well the Packers were able to run on us. One game does not make a trend, but it can’t keep happening.
  19. A tale of two half’s; one very good and one not so much. Thankfully, the good one was very very good.
  20. Josh has not been a very good QB in the second half. Okay, still up 10.
  21. I hate to state the obvious, but the offense looked pathetic on that series.
  22. Strategically, an incomplete pass is better than a sack on this 3rd down play. Just saying…
