  1. he has the right to act as he chooses, that is what is great about our country (ironically). he also has the right to be booed by his fans (if they choose) or to be criticized by people who think his stance is misguided. maybe a tour of syria might give him some perspective.
  2. you can listen tonight on wgr .com also you can get the NFL game pass for 99 bucks and hear all the games on internet radio.
  3. absolutely. adolphus washngton has been playing great, as has jerel worthy, corbin bryant and kevon seymor. i can't imagine how good they will be when all of the starters and draft picks are ready to play.
  4. After (2) games they are statistically much better (per game) than they were last preseason in yards against, first downs against and touchdowns against.
  5. What are the rules for a catch on a pitch out or lateral? Basically don't fumble it. In fact if you don't "catch" it, it becomes a fumble. Why can't a forward pass catch be the same?
  6. The play yesterday ruled against Greg Little was actually a worse call than the famous Calvin Johnson "no catch" that was reversed. The Johnson ruling started a huge controversy and as someone mentioned earlier, the NFL reviewed this recently and still does not have it right. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/09000d5d81a77070/Controversial-call-on-Megatron-non-TD What blows my mind is the fact that if the throw to Little were a lateral or pitch-out run play (from where they were on the field) it would have been ruled a three yard gain because the ground cannot cause a fumble. The NFL needs some help defining and enforcing the rule logically. Little caught the ball and ran for at least two or three steps. At that point he hit the ground and the ball came loose. By the NFL's logic, as long as the defender had his hand on the ball, they could have ran upfield 20 yards like that and it still wouldn't have been a catch if it popped out when he hit the ground. Confusing to say the least.
  7. Friday Night Lights (movie and series).
  8. *very thankful that the Bills have a corporate sponsor in Buffalo that sponsored the name of the stadium *thankful that the product has to do with sports, football and the Bills. after all, it could have been worse- Welcome to Healthcare of Canada Cialis Oral Jelly Field!
  9. he just wants the sign to show a little understated elegance. like the fans in the private tailgating lots.
  10. definitely tacky. could be worse- the sign could be animated. or is it!?
  11. anything positive about this team is being overshadowed by the injuries and suspensions. stuff happens, sometimes more than others. let's see how they do on the field. the first game went well IMHO.
  12. Off to a promising start are the healthy members of the Bills first five draft picks. Adolphus Washington had a strong game as starting DT in the first half, doing his job as a run stopper. Cardale Jones showed character and a winning attitude on an impressive last minute drive to try and win the game. Runner Jonathan Williams led the Bills with 44 yards on 8 attempts. Very encouraging play by these three rookies.
  13. The new era of Rich Stadium. Never liked "the Ralph". Ralph Wilson Stadium is OK though.
  14. Brandon Spikes is probably the best sideline and on-field cheerleader in the NFL- he really raises the level of team spirit. I wished the Bills would have re-signed him last season. But he is kind of a one-dimensional oddity in the league- a run stuffing LB who isn't fast enough in coverage or rushing. Hopefully the defense can compensate and not let him become a two-down pass coverage liability.
  15. In fact the first Bills logo was of a cowboy- thank God it didn't last very long. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/f3/52/dc/f352dc16c0f8591a7a8563ea9c20ff9c.jpg
  16. I am completely for sites that allow freedom of expression and freedom from censorship. However it would be nice if people could occasionally self edit. The threads do get unwieldy in a hurry But usually an impressive amount of important Bills news gets told here first and that's what it's all about.
  17. After skimming through 11 pages of worthless gibberish I truly thank you for this information.
  18. Hey, interesting site The article is definitely heavy on the Rock a Dile Red but many of the items are relevant to his (and the Bills) success but as we all know none of this puts points on the board or W's in the box score. Change one word- 10 reasons why tyrod taylor COULD have a great season- and no more kool-aid.
  19. hard to believe we are watching the same man. was he raged out from the side effects of bad supplements in his prior life? i like the set. nice panoramic TV - seemed like the stadium was 3D.
  20. nine pages of this click bait nonsense? it must be the dog days of summer.
  21. I thought it was very well done. The viewpoint seemed to slam OJ for not using his celebrity to unite with other black militants at the time to advance racial justice and equality. That he sold his out for his own gain, in stark contrast to Mohammed Ali who sacrificed his career and potential endorsements for the cause of his race. While this may be true, OJ's actions were extremely important to the cause of racial equality. He was literally the first african american superstar embraced and loved by white mainstream america. by not acting defiant and militant, he paved the way for many others.
  22. I hear you but they might also be considered less than smart if they know Rex isn't "the guy" and let him hang on, especially if they see an opportunity to land "the guy" The reason they are in the situation they are in is because they haven't found him. That is what makes them idiots.
  23. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/20/movies/oj-made-in-america-review.html?_r=0 FYI. Took many years to get over the 1994 incident. Still can't look away.
  24. yes. because there is less separation between the Bills and the best teams.
  25. Tyler Matakevich, ILB Temple. He is now a four-year starter and had the most career tackles by any active player in the FBS at the end of last season. Matakevich also became just the seventh defender in FBS history with four straight 100-tackle seasons. "Mat is the heart and soul of that defense, everything goes through him," an NFC North executive told NFLDraftScout.com during the season. "That's something that shows up on film and during practice. He knows his physical limitations, but works like the devil to max out all of his senses. You don't have as much production as he has just by accident." STRENGTHS: The unquestioned leader of the Owls, Matakevich doesn't play with hesitation, showing terrific first step quickness and anticipation to read and react with little wasted movement. He takes smart angles with strong hands to make finger-tip tackles and take-on blocks, shedding to unglue himself from bodies. Has terrific timing as a blitzer and plays like a controlled mad man, hitting another gear once he sees red. He also does a nice job floating in zone coverage to attack throwing lanes and break up throws http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1983609/tyler-matakevich
